PS : Cut with the (null) business unless you have a freagin' really good reason to. If you just have no idea about what name to choose, just use your regular account name.

If I may give a little advice ... don't bother about the hand, because it really is a minor detail if the character is mirrored or not. Ingame it will make much much less difference than a too fast animation, as an example.
Hollow tried to change the hand for the Sephiroth V2 he had planned ... and it only resulted in having to wait until the big collab to actually release a real Seph PSA. >_>

Link might not be such a bad idea, actually, for the vertex ... never thought about it.
Zero as a base for the helmet seems like a good idea ... But after that ... making the skirt longer takes something like 45 seconds, and adding boobs ain't all that hard either.

I'll probably start working on her once I'm done with Freya and a few more projects. (And if DO still plans on making a moveset for her)

I think I'm going to have to explain something ...

Here's an extract of what I consider essential remarks about how to NOT act like a jerk on boards :

- Reacting to what's right and not only to what's wrong: By this, I think about everyone here (artists, project creators, etc) who is spending hours and hours of efforts to create things, with most of the time very little feedback... Next time you have a long and boring evening, and you feel like using your keyboard, first think about writing to the ones who made you dream, made you happy, or made your life easier. Before writing to the ones who have irritated you. It is a better distribution of your priorities, and it will make somebody happy.

This topic is supposed to promote originality, not flame people who lack imagination.
This thread will stay locked for a little while, until some people here settle down. After that, there'd better not be a single more post directing hate toward a hack, or a person.
Feel free to point out interesting novelties instead. That's how you think positively.

PS : Hax, I'm sorry to be harsh, but what do you make of this, that you posted a bit earlier ?

I think you (and probably Wave, I guess ?) should take into consideration how much impact you have on the Vault. And how cluttered it can become just because of a single hack one of you two have made.

I kinda had to sacrifice a part of her ever-changing design in the back and on the front (right under her neck), and stay simple. I'm not really experienced enough in detailed texturing of 3D models. >_>;
There will be a V2, though. With at least a one-slot size increase and a better model.

That's f*cking pathetic, and you just made the situation even more pathetic.
LC didn't insult you or offend you in any way. Picano himself mentionned the fact the cross had been put on the "Brawl" of BrawlVault, and replaced with a Shadow, making it the ShadowVault, in a sarcastic manner. Said name was visible on the blog too.
So he just corrected your mistake, like anyone would have done, myself included. >_>

Stop overreacting to random people on the internet, Italian. It's getting really annoying.

Ah, you meant the pattern on the sleeves ? Well, I tried my best. I had to twist Zelda's arm sideways (aouch >.<) in order to make that "square hole" in the end near her shoulders, so for the texture, I made up something that looks kinda like the little pattern on her artwork. It's not exactly the same, but it resembles it.
The angle of the patterns around the arm is probably a bit off though. I honestly didn't really want to spend so much time on it.

(And yes, I exactly used THAT one artwork as reference all the time. Tongue)

And on the back, did you put the blank thing? I can't see it here! Laugh
Not yet. I'm still working on the body cloth and the hat. Shouldn't be too hard to put the white thing.
I'm more worried about the white and orange part of it on her bust. And about the collar of the cloth (yes, I made a collar out of her neck xP).

Anyway ... back to work.

I meant that if you wanted to try and make the texture better, yourself, I've put all the guidelines in the texture, and so you won't have to experiment for 3 days, trying to find which part goes where, and how much it is stretches.

PS : (Also, I don't know if anyone noticed but I have put her tiny red jewel that she has right in front of her eyes. Tongue)

Yeah, I know. Most of the time when I wasn't vertexing, I was studying references. But with the boots' limited vertices, making her boots pinpoint can't even be considered. And adding jewels and other details is way beyond my texture skills. I can manage myself vertexing, but I lack when it comes to textures.

Feel free to give a try to her texture once I'm finished with her. I'll have made the "texture map", already. Wink

haha Thanks. I have based her off Freya, Version 2.0 will be the real Freya moveset (I'm 90% done) most attacks are different than ethereal queen zelda. I wish someone could make a Freya texture over zelda XD




Vertexing is completely done. Texture is almost finished. I only need to texture her body cloth and her hat (this is gonna be a pain ...)
