I have the same code and works. Do you exported .gct? Do you puted ID correctly? do you added the code correctly?

EDIT: I found a link to common3.pac PAL, but its broken...

New Pork City, Chimera always there, Hard to reach targets.

Pirate Ship, Hidden underwater targets.

Delfino Plaza/Rainbow cruise/F-zero Tracks, Targets hidden across stage.

pork city is the best idea that rounds in my head. Replace his huge backgrounds with target sistem can work. The  chimera disturbs you and if is posible to add SSE enemys the stage can be realy hard

Might be posible to put targets on custom stages, or stages like new pork city, witch are big

well, replace the stage is easy but putting these targets is not that easy :/

Bugs:

- target texture's has 90% chances to turn black (because of stage fog)

He is in BETA fase, but he hasnt any crash (except final smash)

Moves:

Neutral A (air/ground): Small hit with wings (hitboxes not align correctly)
Down A (air): Aroaros bullet banzai atak (copied from toon link down A)
The other moves: Removed

Bugs:

-If any player cath him, he automatically dead
-Final smash crash game
-Atak dash has some animation bugs
-Some removed ataks has GFX
- (only PAL) finish a battle crashes game

To do:

-mini portrait
-Turn in air
-some request
