This is my first time using Super Smash Brothers Legacy (Based off project M). What is his folder name in the fighter folder? I want to replace some textures/models for him.
I have just downloaded and played Legacy on my wii via the hackles method. It is an excellent mod and is very fun! However, when I try to load classic mode, after I select the icon and it takes me to the character selection, it freezes. Anyone else having the same problem or know a solution?
Ah I see. You mean if I were to give Peach a moveset made for Zelda or gave her a model import made for Zelda it wouldn't work? Well, of course I will not do that haha! And by the way, I have been a fan of the Wolf Link project you are working on!
I have been very interested playing Super Smash Bros. Legacy and I have been wondering about this one thing... is it possible to replace one of a character's in SSB Legacy's moveset/texture/model data with another one without it crashing the game?
For example, I mean could I replace Legacy's FitPeach00.pac file or the PSA with another one I want?
Hello there. I think I know the problem, but I could be wrong. It tells you to insert a disc ONLY when you try to use Gecko to load your hacks, but you can play the game fine without hacks? Have you tried using Riivolution yet?
This may seem like a very stupid question to those of you who already know how to make and use signatures, but... please can someone tell me what I need to do to make a signature and how to set it up on my profile? Please, I've always wanted to make myself one!
Oh no, no, it's alright! It took me FOREVER to figure out all this stuff when I started hacking, so I understand. ^^ Glad ya figured it out and have fun hacking!
It never did it before a month ago, but my Wii U had to update around that time so I think that might be it but I'm not sure... It loads all my hacks fine and everything, but there's just black bars on the sides of the screen. Is there a way to fix this?
Do you use Gecko to load your hacks in the Homebrew Channel? I just recently started using Gecko myself since I use a Wii U. Anyway, I use the RSBE01 code to load my hacks with Gecko which you can get here:
I use these codes and I load up fine with no freezes in game. ^^ Put these codes in your code manager and be sure you put in the title and game which is RSBE01 for the code title and Smash Bros Brawl (US). If you have any troubles with that or you've done that and I'm just not getting something lemme know, k.
Even if haven't created any character myself to know how this works y saw many examples of what mirage is... (I realized that is not pink, its purple). What I recommend is that you may wanna try darken that white color a lot, try some dark violet or blue violet mix, making the eyes yellow or blue to balance it out, as we know turtles compositions, paint the lower shell somewhat blue so it can rhyme with Squirtle dark violet skin and if its possible, use a project m design found in the OP for its shell (how about the grid texture found in the strap menu?).
Another thing you can do is to use the mirage Bowser palette to get an idea of what mirage recolor is, it may work for Squirtle since, well, turtles.
See how white is used mainly for details but not for the full body?
I like the idea so far, its pretty fresh. Good luck!
Yes, I was thinking I should definately darken it and this isn't official it's just what I've done so far. I tried to go for violet, but I guess it turned out more pinkish. I'll work on it. I'll figure out how to incorprate the Project M logo onto it as well. I'm still kinda new to this, but I'll try my best guys.
I went through alot of trial and error for Mirage Squirtle since this is the first time I've ever textured his model, but it's been going better than I thought it would. Before I upload it I'd like yalls opinion and or suggestions though. So here is Mirage Squirtel:
Hello again, just letting ya know Squirtle's almost done. Just to be sure, you wanted violet/dark purple, blue, and white only in the Mirage versions yes? And about the logo, does it have to be there? Idk how I'd put it on the texture without trying to make it myself, I use Paint.NET.
