1. It looks like Tails doesn't have any eyes 2. For Information and if you can fix, Silver has yellow colored eyes, not purple like knuckles.

EDIT: Progress report on Tails! -Side B: Bomb throw--done! You can even adjust the angles and power, like Yoshi's egg! -Down Smash: Tails attacking with his tails--done! -Up B: Copter--almost done -Ftilt: Him throwing a mouse-like mine forward, if it hits anyone or moves far enough, it explodes--done!
May I suggest removing the wrench? Can't wait to see a final Tails! Awesome you got it working!

For a down smash I'd have him spin his tail around once like Popo does with his hammer
Idk why but an uppercut seems appropriate for an Up Smash, I know I've seen him do it somewhere lol
His standard A combo should stay the same as Sonic's too. The move comes from Sonic Fighters, and in that game Tails performs it identically to sonic
If you need ideas for random smashes or tilts, most of Sonics were taken from Sonic the Fighters
I have no idea for a Final Smash that would be programable, as Super Tails varies from Super Sonic by a wide margin. A transformation into his walker from Adventure 2 like fox into the landmaster would be epic, but good luck with that lol.
As a matter of fact, maybe you could just recolor the landmaster to look like the tornado... It'd be really fitting of tails even though were not in need of ANOTHER character with a landmaster lol.
These are just some ideas I have floating around, feel free to tell me they're horrible lol

I know fighting games function differently, but as an example Megaman Trigger needs to swap weapons often (which is basically instantaneous) to have his combos work, but once you get the hang of it he is a complete and utter beast. Tails should be the same way, although he probably won't switch weapons so much as just use a different b-move at different parts of his combos.
For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, I can clarify a bit more if need be.

They are just beginning to get made. I wanted to now if you had moveset suggestions, so I could incorporate them into Tails. I'm not the one doing Silver, I just made the model.
They do NOT freeze the game, and every part but the textures work well.
I did this by taking ONLY Tails's head and tails, turned them into char-specific GFX, and put them on a headless Sonic textured to look like Tails's body.
I am making Tails, not Silver. However, I have almost no knowledge of the (good) Sonic games, so if you want to suggest moves for Tails, go ahead!
So...how DID I get Tails to work?
Well, it's actually quite simple. First I hexed away Sonic's head (or you can use the Automatic Polygon Deleter). Then, I took Tails's model. I replaced one of Sonic's personal GFX with Tails's model. Then, I got rid of (shrank, or you can remove polygons) every part but the head and tails. After that, I called up that GFX in PSA, and I got Tails!
