Ok i know 100% how to ue mods on wii but how the flip do i use it on dolphin, for some reason ive done everything and nothing is working, heres what i did

i used wiiscrubber and the mod to change the sd card files into raw.dat and for some reason when i try to load in game stuff nothing is working, ive enabled cheats and installed the wads on dolphin emu and replaced the sd card file in dolphin files to make ssbb notice the changes and installed gecko(i dont exacttly what to do up there but im pretty sure you enable load with codes but nothing and i mean nothing is working. but i download project m and that works but anything i put doesnt work

private/rsbe/pf/fighter (i might be missing one but its because im not looking at my sd atm but trust me its right because i use this on my wii with no errors)

now i just completely deleted dolphin in rage and reinstalled it and im starting from scratch, so my question is how do i get thins thing to work?

like what am i doing wrong?

so all my models work on everything but this one particular model on zelda makes her up A attack(the fireball) under her feet, and when she uses any gfx they look like them they just dont appear in the right places, any help? thanks

anyone else out there feel weird when you make a custom character(like a custom model with its own textures or a really good vertex edit) and just want it kept only to yourself but want to show it off on Brawlvault?....i feel like everyone here has some things they might not upload to BV if not then im weird lol but i was just curious to hear someones opinion about that because i have some really good stuff that i never thought about putting up here and i made csp's(actual drawings because im an artist)(yes i do take request for CSPs but you would have to draw it and i would try to draw it the way it looks) and it looks amazing i was just so unsure about sharing this (sorry if i sound selfish haha) but you know once you put stuff like that on the internet, the whole world can see your ideas and maybe even copyright it(ive been copied before) espesially with original artwork. so i was wondering if anyone else understands where im coming from and maybe explain a personal experience or get me to upload one of my prized possessions to the vault   or just give me some advice or their opinion.

what is the point? im sorry if this is a bad topic but i had to point this out and see if anyone else can agree, its just so many things to do, and all I see is some made up sonic character that looks absolutely no different from sonic just with a recolor.......texture editing is old and if your gonna texture edit try to make something unique...and if u must and ur dying to make a recolor of sonic pleaseeeeee don't upload it. for instance peach is one character that u can really texture edit and even vertex edit, ive made some pretty awesome looking OC that look absolutely nothing like peach, she can actually have great texture edits, but instead people rather upload emerl the gizoid texture on sonic or Sonichu. it just not creative and I thing brawlvault deserves good hacks on here not five seconds on paint adjusting the hue -.- srry for my rant but Im sure people know what im talking about.

ok so i got EVERYTHING to work once i downladed the modlauncher.xml but now my ocarina codes arent working and if i take off the mod launcher my codes work again  i know everything is where its suppose to be because everything works except my codes, any ideas what the problem is? im using riivolution (if you dont know lol).
one more thing, my common5_en.pac is in the system folder but its not loading my CSS ormy SSS know the problem?
