Well it looks like porting Snake was a lot harder than I thought it would be. In the end, I updated the Plug&Play model to v1.2 to cover a certain oddity in sora_melee that made it difficult to patch entry data. There's not too many changes except for a new _prolog function that gets called before the v1.1 function. If anyone's had any problems porting characters over Fox, Falco, Peach, Wario, Metaknight or Snake, then this would be the cause for it.
Does this mean that we will not be able to port anyone over them for now? Or is there something we could do to fix it? Otherwise, great job PW, this will make things a lot easier! Post Merge: April 14, 2013, 07:37:02 PM
well the up b is going to be just like the one over falco. the side b he will get a box or crate and throw it. the down b will be like that annoying fight in sonic 06 when you get to close to silver he will grab you and throw you kind of like mewtwo's side b.

Anyway for mephiles, will we be using the '06 model, or a recolored shadow model(mastaklo's,generations,etc)?
first of all the idle/wait for shadow/crystal mephiles shouldn't be like the Mephiles over ganon. if you look at it straight on, his arms & legs are too far apart. The arms should be at his sides, and legs closer together. and he should be hunched over a little, and not just his head tilted down. probably both.
btw, if his up-b is going to be like shadow's, it should at least a different animation. Not sure if there's a good pose to remake from Sonic '06, but yeah.
ok.....his spines.....i'm hoping they'll actually be jagged, and not just a retexture, although i'm sure you guys already have that planned out.
@SWolf: which hammer bro should the future psa be? powerful, (SMB3, Mario baseball series, Strikers charged) or fast/jumpy? (SSE)

And for the teleport animation, If you remember SDo0m's Shadow Lord of Chaos PSA(i think), when you do up-b, you can see for like a second shadow doing a pose that looks like he is snapping his fingers, for mephiles, you could relate it to what he does in the video.
