I just model swapped Diagla from spear pillar with Shadow and his bodyA texture is all glitched up, what did I do wrong?

texture starts blue, then white when you pause to take a look, then pink when you take a pic.
Height and width are the same, format is CI8, it has a palette
palette has 256 colors and is RGB565

Where is it, i can find it in the Motion pac and i dont think its in the original  fitsonic pac, is it?

When i dl'ed a Texture, it came with a pac, what does it do if it doesnt change your moveset?

Well its a first, I named it partial because i cant DL the original to texture so i DL'ed OizenX's Classic sonic.( Most Credit goes to him )
