Well what I had in mind was to merge voice clips with the sfx files.  An example will be Samus' down A move with the explosion or the Smash Up move with the Flame Mammoth skill being called out.  I would also adjust the volume of the sounds to where both sfx can be heard without one over powering the other.

I thought this method worked well with a custom winning taunt I made for Sonic that had the chaos emerald them play.  I'm not really sure if I want to replace the silent spots, I have no idea what they will do to the sound file if I do.  I'll need to talk to Jaklub about those before I think about editing those files.

One of the down sides to this is that it will cement the voices to the specific sfx where the whole sound files would need to be edited if a PSA was ever made.

Yeah, Zero a definite even if the Mega Man selection would loose.  The megaman selection is pretty much about X now, if nobody else can think of a different Megaman character for a sfx hack.  But they have until the 25th to make a vote or else the megaman selection will win.

As the sonic fan that I am, I had to put my vote on the Sonic selection.  LOL three votes, I was hoping that I would have been able to get the voice clips of Tikal to make a sfx hack for Zelda.  Oh well...

Alright, I'll use that voice.  And I should of done this before but I'll put a date on when I'll lock the poll.  Probably around the 25th of this month, so this gives them plenty of time to vote on what they want because If nothing else makes waves, then I'll probably declare the Megaman poll the winner.

I'll start up my stuff again since its been a while when I put them on hiatus, I'll add Zero back onto my list.  I'll start working on Silver since this was actually a promise thing, if the newest port for Waluigi is going to be on Popo, and it's sure to include his voice, then I'll do it because I really don't like working in PSAs.

It looks like the winning section is the megaman poll.  If that wins then I'll probably make another on which megaman character sfx is most wanted since I'm seeing Zero and X everywhere but it seems that Zero is already figured out.  And if Evil Pervy is no longer in-charge of the Zero sfx, I can take over where he left off.

So if X actually won, what Megaman X voice is popular?

Well the voice was going to be on the Rosy the Rascal import over Mario.  But the previous poll was to determine which of the all the Amy voices done for Amy would actually fit her character.

So I listed the voice actors in order of the games and anime series, if it was the one from Sonic Adventure, the one from Sonic X, or the one from Generations (current).

I didn't want to make a hack with the same amy voice on two different characters, especially if one is suppose to be the younger version.

That could probably work out for Samus.  Depending on the poll, It'll probably move towards who the people want X's voice to be.  I have a link already set to a mediafire account to pick which voice I'll get for him if he wins.  And it looks like he'll be a shoe-in to win, no complaints here, I'm just bored of doing school work and need something else to do.

Back with several stuff I had made before my classes and one I made during the first few weeks.  I'm still trying to get videos for some of my hacks in now that I can use my brothers capture card device.  But until then most of my things may be just uploaded to my mediafire account.

That's a relief, I had to go to the Bank and take out some money to help my brother with something around that time.

I removed Waluigi on the vault, If anyone wants the download, go to the mediafire link in the OP to get the file.  However, the moveset for Waluigi has his voice muted except for the winning taunts.  I'm really not in the mood to do a complete overhaul on someone's PSA to include sfx to it, that's not my problem.

My votes on to Amy Rose, Luffy (timeskip), Nami (timeskip), and Yoh.  I'm not sure if Yoh will get alot of votes, but Shaman King needs some love.

Some of Sanji's final skills that's planed for the PSA hasn't appeared on the funimation dub yet.  The best way would be to try and rip the voices from Unlimited Adventure.  I never had any luck finding the in game battle voices, only things I found were the story and event dialogues, and a couple of sounds in the brsar file using Wiiscrubber.

Perhaps others will have better luck in knowing how to rip the voices.

Dude this is a better alternative than me having to fiddle around with the custom track code generator program, I kept getting the battlefield music for all of my custom stages.  This really came in handy so thanks alot for posting this code up.
