I went into his bones and changed the X translation of his neck to 21.03927. Though I didn't do any model resizing. Once I do resize the model, I don't know how to fix his head.
You got that PM too? That's basically the same thing he gave me a few days ago. No... actually now that I look at it, it was on the same day, just several minutes after. Almost the exact same content and everything. Looks like he went to target anyone who said anything negative about "haters who don't Rina-chan's announcer replacement".
Though it's funny, I had said the exact same thing as to not referring to the one who actually gives feedback to Rina-chan, but the ones who likes to "hit and run" with insults and nothing more.
It may be worded differently, but the content is awfully damn close....
For starters, I truly believe I can do a better announcer job than Rina-Chan. You can listen for yourself here, http://soundcloud.com/slasheee I was sending this in as an audition for the My Little Pony fighting game
I'm a hater that's interested in improving her talents, teaching her about her market and marketing strategies in the effort to push her to her full potential. I am convinced that haters aren't improving her and fans aren't pushing her to produce better material. Rina-Chan's not going to stop producing content, and just hating her isn't productive, rather than hate her for wasting potential I aim to bring it out.
As a result, she's coming to a standstill in terms of her abilities, and I see that people are losing interest. People aren't giving her enough criticism when she isn't putting on the best performance, ultimately this is why I believe she deserves the harsh words I tell her because I truly believe that she will lose the haters and regain a career in voice acting.
Please tell me how your opinion of me changed after reading this...
Or if you're willing I'd like some feedback on my entire critique on her entire career, be warned this is extremely depressing if you're a Rina-Chan fan
I hope she isn't going to ignore me because I did this.
Just several minutes from your PM. From what I've read from this thread, people gives criticism, people gives praise, and nobody likes the ones who don't do either but only gives negative replies and runs away. Why he misinterprets the crystal clear posts, I'll never know.
I find it appalling that he would go out of his way to actually attack members of the forum just because he didn't understand the implications of the "original" post.
This link has the automatic hex programs needed to get MDL0 files from other games to work in BrawlBox. Just click on the programs and select the brres file, you should have a no-crash L'arc model. I don't know were the animations are though. I'm sure the game has them somewhere, but I don't know exactly where.
Once you get L'Arc's model to not crash, you'll have to zoom out quite a bit before you can view his whole body, then your gonna have to fix his neck for some reason. I'm also going to do the same for Niko since I have his pic for my profile.
Okay this will help, but I also have another problem. When I open the brres file, when ever I click on the model it brings up an error box and crashes. I just restarted my computer because it Blue Screened.
I had no idea that they used her. I still wonder why they just got rid of the first voice actor? I wonder who their gonna get for the third game whenever it comes over to the U.S?
I tried, but I wasn't able to locate where the voices were at all. I don't care much for Megaman's voice for the second game, it sounded like Sailor Jupiter's english dub voice from Sailor Moon. The first one actually had a male voice actor, which is the one I want but can't get.
There are a couple of sounds that are like 80 milliseconds that could be used for the longer phrases, but they will need to be extended since it may go over.
There are some voices that actually can hold that phrase using the Sawndz right now, but it will probably take over the on of his longer strained out battle cries. And from what I seen in his PSA file, the SFX ID, and the sound.brsar file, is that you will have him saying that for a win taunt unless you alter the Zero PSA. He will say "This'll be over in a nano second" for a victory taunt, and it'll seem awkward since it will actually be over yet he will make it sound like it will continue.
Jaklub has a preview of Sawndz 0.08 in his thread, So give some time and we can all have excellent quality sound hacks. There's some hacks of mine that needs a touch up, and this comes out then I'll blaze through Roy and try to get several other stuff done.
It's possible but the sound will sound really bad like the Wiimote sound but lower quality. It wont sound good at all since the original sfx was short to begin with.
Well I apologize for going off track, but as for an "A attack using the Jump sound", some simple editing in either audacity or Goldwave can help sound effects like that with the right frequency and volume. an example would be one of Ganon-Dukes sounds, his Jump sounds would not normally fit in an attack sound unless edited. If not edited then it would cut off and sound like a giant.
I feel the same way with Ganon and Bowser, and that's because I started from top to bottom. So I reversed the order in which I started, bottom to top, I dealt with his win quotes to his swim sound effect and straight to his damage sound effects. I also have a standard PSA of *character of choice*, using ssbbtailsfan's SFX ID txt files, then I find the voice clips I want to fit in the sound.brsar.
But I will sometimes use a smaller wav clip that wont go extremely over, where it will sound like spoot in a knapsack. A standard moveset to preview in brawl box will give you a visual on where the sound will play. There will be sounds that will be randomly generated for moves, so those really don't matter except being short and sweet.
I know this method is exhausting but you will get a broad idea on where your sound will play. Sometimes the sounds I add don't quite fit in certain areas too, so that's when revisions come to play. I'll stop here to answer replies.
