If you do you can rename some tail bones so they don't move, then move and scale the FireN bone into his body so that he has no fireball floating around. It'd look more like Typhlosion that way.

You should have saved the beta...it didn't get featured because of the already planned features...The vertex is getting a feature though. So whoever bet that it would get featured won that bet.

I edit him, test it, works fine, gets a smash ball and when I use it the game freezes
I tested some stuff and it turns out the problem is the cloud motion file.
How do I make this vertex hack compatible with clouds motion file or any edited motion file for that matter?
You may need to talk to .Fade about this. Or unless it worked for another PSA's FS. If you tried Ike's normal one and CoN Naruto's and it worked, then you may have to find out what exactly .Fade did for Cloud's FS.

They never got past having they're effects and sound files made. And even then only Mewtwo has anything started. There's just some kind of unknown sound file for him.
They can only be made by someone doing a PSA for them.
Keep in mind that brawl was never a finished product. There's a lot of ideas thrown in either scrapped or incomplete due to time constraints.
Things like ZSS' ability to grab items with her whip, Luigi having Mario's animations, some of which still don't have fixed translations and many others, including the 7 forbidden characters.
Those files could be important but standard hex editors won't show anything, they could be something that's in any game, or they could belong to something unfinished. Only the creators could tell you what they're for.

Things like articles have their own animations and you can't add to the number of animations an article has.
For example, Ike's sword has can only have 4 animations because there's only 4 animations for that specific model programmed into his PSA. 1-SpecialHi2 2-SpecialAirHi2 3-Had 4-Fly
This means that that particular model is limited to 4 animations and they only apply to the model with those bone names I believe. It may be possible to use an article animation to have a character do a new animation but you'll always be limited to only adding the number or animations an article is allowed to do. Using Pikachu as an example, He has 3 articles with 1 animation each and a fourth one with 3 animations. You'd have to call up each article if you want to use any of their animations. This also means having to call up it's effect.
As for animations, you can have the same character using 2 different animations for the same one. You'd have to add bones in every animation you want altered and rename the bones in the animation. You'd have to rename the models bones to match them. This will most likely cause characters to hit filesize limits really easily. All animations the character has, including any animation in the FitNameXX.pac/pcs contribute to the file size.
One example is Ike. His animation filesize is roughly 3.7KB.
Although for CoN Naruto, due to the article animations, his motion filesize freezes at 3.4KB. This is because animations in a FitNameXX.pac/pcs are combined with the motion file for an increased filesize, thus lowering the max size of the FitNameMotionEtc.pac.
