Hey, Mewtwo. If I were to port Mushroom Kingdom Melee over to Mario Bros., would I experience any sort of technical glitches (ie. the bricks not appearing)?
Okay, I'm SO sorry for reporting your Viewtiful Joe. I didn't read the blog post until just now. I was unaware that the FitMotionEtc only affected the one costume. My apologies, again.
I'm really excited for the release of the Paper Mario stage. It has a similar aesthetic to the 'grassy' levels, so you could call it "Petal Meadows", or "Pleasant Path".
This was a level from Baten Kaitos: Origins for the GameCube. It's very shiny and colourful so it might make for a good stage.
I like the whole look and feel of that. Not anything really like it that's been made before.
<_< IF you can get me more pics, i'd appreciate it.
I'm trying to find more, but believe it or not, that is the entire village in that pic. (It's called Rasalas).

Just wanted to drop in and give you props for your Toon Link pack. I loved the cel-shading in Wind Waker (one of the reasons it's my favourite Zelda game), and having the proper look for all of his costumes is a blessing. Thanks!
Did you put the .rel in pf\module? Did you rename it to STGDXCRUISE? Are you NTSC?
.rel is in pf\module. Stage is renamed STGDXCRUISE. I am NTSC. I'll fiddle around it with a bit more and see if I can't figure out what the issue is. It's an odd one (at least for me it is).
If I want to port Fourside over to Rainbow Cruise using a .rel file using the Stage Swticher, what would I choose as the original stage?? I already have something on New Pork City, so I wanted to move it.
I chose Final Destination as the original, and made a dxcruise.rel. When I try the stage later on, all I get was a black screen with a random floating carpet. What's up with that?
The problem is simple: I can't choose Mario Circuit. At all. It freezes every time. Not using any modifications of Brawl. I USED to use BBrawl but have since removed it. Why is this happening?
EDIT: I should probably clarify: This happens with AND without BBrawl.
So I dumped some portraits into an unedited sc_selcharacter_en.pac. I removed the _en, and placed it in pf/menu2. When I reach the CSS, it freezes as soon as my cursor goes over a character, regardless of whether or not they have a custom portrait applied to them. Help?
Could I request a "Dark Link" name for your custom CSS? I'm using Razank7's custom Dark Link moveset / textures. Here's the post on Elite Smash Hackers, if it helps any:
The stage itself is a lot of fun to play on, and I can't wait for the version with the moving platforms to come out. If I had to make one complaint, it's that the animations for entering / exiting the pipes could be a bit smoother, but a) that's not a HUGE deal and b) it would probably be really hard to fix that anyway.
Hey Chicken Chaser, how did you colour the accordion-like pieces under Samus's shoulder pads for your textures? I'm modifying a texture I have to make use of the .pac, but I'm unsure of how to colour those in. I assume you used BrawlBox, but I wouldn't know.
