I downloaded Winrar Archive, but it was the 40 day trial version. It's now saying my trial is over and I either buy or remove it from my computer. How do I remove it?

So I managed to hack my Brawl and got aome texture and model imports. I then decided to download Project M on the same SD card, but I didn't know what would happen if I did that. I go to gecko to start it up and it says  SD error too may codes" and none of my textures appeared. Then my Wii freezes right after the announcer said 1. Can I get rid of PM on that SD card so my hacks can work properly?
