When I first started hacking brawl a while ago I had a RSBE01 file that I used for Gecko on the homebrew channel. I never had any problems with it and hacking textures, music, and stages were a piece of cake. Yesterday I decided to start everything over and formatted my SD card. I looked all over the internet for another RSBE01 file but couldn't get my hands on one and when I did my custom music wouldn't play. Can someone help me out and find a working RSBE01 that allows texture, music, and stage hacking for me?

     
           I've done some research myself but it was useless. How in the world do I get a .pac file without using someone else's? This has been bothering me and I would appreciate it if answered.
