awesome ideas so far ^3'

The final smash sounds good, but I'd much rather have Luke indirectly cause the death and complete eradication of an entire underground city for a FS.  Tongue

It's just a little TOA humor, since Tales of the Abyss easily has the most morbid story line of the entire Tales series  Grin (remebers little boy sinking into the miasthma  :'(  * all Lukes Fault  Roll Eyes *)

well i still think this model importer stuff is a dumb idea because then all the chars would be same, and when i say that i mean no ones chars will be unique anymore theyll all be the same import and there would be no more skill to it at all

... Not my conversation, but... People could make their own custom models and put them over the brawl cast. Seeing as you could make a model of anything, I am pretty sure that characters will still be unique.

Animation editing and PSA work are the true meat behind creating "new characters". Vertex editing only alters a models appearance, so making a model is the exact same thing only probably with less speed bumps along the way and no endless hours of exporting. I agree that it may seem less skillful because it looks easier, but that is usually how progress works.

It is just a bit more convenient. There is still plenty of work when it comes to creating models, so lets just wait and see what happens before judging how the model importer will effect future brawl hacking.

What I've read so far sounds terrible.

What ever you decide is fine. Do what makes you feel comfortable. Though, I would like to know if Brawl hacking was fun for you. Were you comfortable brawl hacking?

Seeing as the small summary of what you posted is a lifelong circumstance, I just wondered what got you interested in brawl hacking in the first place.

Though it is best to move on when you feel like you've out grown a certain activity. I really hope you enjoyed creating amazing projects that others could enjoy.

There's not much I can do or say to comfort you. No one but you understands your situation and it would be insensitive for me to even try to convince you other wise seeing as we were never acquainted.

If you wish to continue Brawl hacking, That'd be fantastic. However, if you feel like moving on. Then please spend your time doing something you enjoy. Your past is not erasable but what you do next is an open canvas, as pretentious as it sounds.

The Mystic combination is good but it seems kind of stiff in the animation for some reason...

I kind of would like to see him doing a figure eight through the opponent rather than him just going left and right in a straight line, but it is still really cool.

Excellent graphics so far as well. They don't over over power the screen unnecessarily and are used in subtle moderation.

At first I was a bit worried about the electrical graphic in the neutral B being a bit too much, but now I see that it gives the move some great finesse  Smiley
    Though I still wish that graphics could be faded in general in Brawl Box, but it is what it is.

You're doing awesome so far, but I don't need to tell you what you already know  Wink

A golem from Soulcalibur. Just a suggestion, though it is actually hard for me to think of something for some reason.

Oh and maybe something for samus?

Perhaps something for Mario, Luigi or Yoshi?

Looks like Layton just made baby Luigi disappear from my SD card D:

Tried him out ingame, and I've got to say, he looks great. Good choice nullifying the normals.  Wink

I don't know what it is about size-mods but he feels and plays heavier.

I love it when a vertex plays differently from the character that they're on. It makes Brawl
so much more playable. It keeps things nice and fresh.

A simple size modification can make a character feel entirely different. Like how Young link feels faster than normal link because of the smaller size. I know it's a trick of the eyes and adjusted hit-boxes due to scaling, but still. It makes others react differently when you play against 'um.

Anyway, Layton is awesome.  Happy Face
