1  Super Smash Bros. 4 Hacking / Requests / Masked Dedede PSA request. on: April 15, 2017, 10:40:52 AM
Over the years Dedede has been the Most recurring boss in the entire Kirby series. And while his fights make use of his staple attacks, I think some of his better abilities and attacks should be implemented in the next iteration of SSB. Here's some ideas I have.

-Gimmick-
King's Revenge- Dedede like any other good boss saves his best for last. During battle he should have his normal stats, however once he's received enough damage he gets angry and unleashes his real strength. At 70% he'd start to steam abit and increase his overall speed by 1/3. And again at 140% he'd throw his old hammer aside and take up his axe (as seen in Kirby TD) which increases his swinging range by a foot, and increases his damage% output by 1/3. Making him a dangerous glass cannon fighter.


His tilts, dash, and aerial attacks can remain as is.

However some changes to his smashes, specials, and fs would be to reflect on his fights in SS:U & TD (Masked Dedede), his fight in Kirby's DL2, and his jump attack from Kirby's EY.

-Smashes-

>.Smash Dedede jumps up about 3.ft high and forward before bringing his hammer down on his opponent's head. It buries the opponent and deals 19% damage.

^.Smash Unchanged

v.Smash Replace with his current v.Special but shorten the charge time abit. It deals 26% damage.


-Specials-

N.Special Inhale/Breath Blast- It starts of the same as his normal inhale, but after 2.sec of inhaling, he'll stop with his lungs full, then spit a explosive shot of wind that deals 15% dmg.

>.Special Unchanged.

^.Special Similar to current, however Dedede keeps his hammer ready, and at the highest point of his jump. Dedede free falls with his hammer out and crashes down on his opponent. His body does the same knockback and damage, but if his hammer connects it'll cause meteor smash in the air and bury opponents who get hit while on the ground. Dmg% unchanged.

v.Special Tornado Swing- After winding up for a powerful swing Dedede deals a swing that sends him spinning rapidly. He can move left and right, and once his hammer connects with a opponent, it deals a single powerful blow that sends opponents flying. It takes 2.5 seconds to fully charge, and leaves Dedede dizzy for a couple seconds after use if over charged. It deals 30% dmg at full strength.


-FS-
Taranza Tag Team- Taranza appears in the background and throws 6 magic spheres at Dedede who can hit them in the direction you aim with the analog stick. Each sphere deals 4% dmg. Then Taranza pours all his magic into 1 large sphere. When Dedede hits this one, it'll ricochet off of the stage and opponents (it deals 6% dmg per hit and upto 3 hits) before causing a large explosion that deals a extra 14% dmg. (Upto 56% total)


Extra- He should have a taunt where he puts his mask on, much like Lucina's mask taunt.

Vyse http://skiesofarcadia.wikia.com/wiki/Vyse is an expert swordsman who fights with twin cutlasses. He can focus his spiritual energy through his weapons and perform high-speed attacks beyond the ability of normal fighters.


Moveset


-Stats-
Attack: 6.5/10
Movement Speed: 6.5/10
Attack Speed: 8/10
Height: 5/10 (A couple inches shorter then Link.)
Weight: 5/10
Recovery: 6/10


-Standard Attacks- Vyse can dish out long swift hitting combos and chain together any of his tilts. Although he can only chain upto 4 tilts(his basic combo counts as 1 tilt but can be used only once per combo) before stops and has a cool down time of 1.5 seconds.



Neutral Combo: A 5 hit chain of quick slashes.

Side Tilt: A forward stab.

Up Tilt: A single overhead slash with a cutlass.

Down Tilt: A downward sweeping slash with one cutlass.

Dash Attack: A running double cutlass slash.


-Smash Attacks-


Side Smash: Cross Slash- Vyse charges before slashing with both swords releasing a cross shaped wave of energy forward about 5ft. The sword slash deals 13% dmg and the wave deals 8% dmg. together they do 21% and have a fairly high knockback.

Up Smash: Cyclone Slash- Vyse does a spinning slash that generates a small cyclone that goes straight up carrying opponents away while dealing light continuous dmg. The spin attack deals upto 10% dmg and the cyclone deals upto 7% while traveling about 12ft. depending on if it's fully charged.

Down Smash: Soul Slash- Vyse gathers his soul energy into his swords above his head before dealing a powerful downward slash on each side. This move has a sweetspot on his right side. (Since that cutlass is quite abit larger) it deals 13% and decent knockback on his left, and 16% and heavy knockback on his right.


-Air Attacks- While he can't use his combo skills in the air he does deal somewhat more damage per hit do to his Sky Pirate spirit.


Neutral Air: Vyse does a horizontal spinning attack.

Forward Air: Vyse gets a slight boost forward while slashing with both cutlasses.

Back Air: Vyse does a backwards drop kick.

Up Air: Vyse does a quick spin before a cross shaped slash.

Down Air: Vyse does a falling stab that causes meteor smash.


-Throws-


Pummel: Vyse hits his opponent with his right sword hilt.

Forward Throw: Vyse throws his opponent forward then follows up with a quick slash.

Back Throw: Vyse flips his opponent behind himself then delivers a quick kick to their back.

Up Throw: Vyse holds his opponent up then sends them flying with a upward slash.

Down Throw: Vyse slams his opponent on the ground.


-Specials-

Neutral Special: Pyrulen- Vyse gathers his soul energy before creating a large magic explosion ahead of himself from the power of the red moon. It has a range of upto 5ft. ahead and a blast size of 2/3 of a smart bomb. but has a longer prep time then a Warlock Punch. It also deals 18% dmg and pretty high knockback.

Side Special: Cutlass Fury- It starts out with a 4 hit combo while he charges forward. (has some arial recovery) before he jumps into the air and finishes with a stronger double bladed fall slash. Deals upto 12% dmg

Up Special: Sword Storm- Vyse jumps into the air while creating multiple energy blades above his head before sending them flying downward. Deals multiple hits it's good for guarding edges and upto 14% dmg.

Down Special: Skull Shield- A pirate skeleton wielding a single large cutlass wil protect Vyse from the front then counter with a powerful slash of its own. It deals 20% dmg.


Final Smash: Pirate's Wrath- Vyse creates a large tornado around himself before infusing it with a huge amount of electricity trapping nearby opponents while dealing continuous dmg before he follows with a powerful flying cross slash that destroys the tornado leaving a large glowing Jolly Roger in its place. It deals upto 48% dmg and heavy knockback.

Sora (Iml going primarily with KH:3D Sora due to that being the most recent Nintendo exclusive version of Sora but I will have a couple of Re:Coded and Re:CoM inspired moves)

-Standard Attacks-


Neutral Attack: Quick Blitz- Sora jumps forward a couple of feet and swings his keyblade down it has abit more range then most "swordsmen's" basic attacks.

Side Tilt: Elemental Raid- Sora throws his keyblade and if it hits opponents it'll randomly do fire, ice, or electric dmg to opponents. the blizzard raid freezes opponents temporarily and the thunder raid moves faster then the other two.

Up Tilt: Judgement- Sora throws his keyblade straight up, and if it hits a opponent it'll stay spinning in place dealing upto 3 hits.

Down Tilt: Fira- Sora surrounds himself with small flames that circle around him dealing multiple weak hits.

Dash Attack: Sliding Dash- Sora rushes forward swiftly slamming into opponents with his keyblade out.


-Air Attacks-


Neutral Air: Spark- Sora moves forward while surrounded by prismatic energy crystals that quickly spin around him dealing damage to opponents.

Forward Air: Circle Raid- Sora moves forward abit and throws his keyblade which circles around him. This has more range then Spark, but the keyblade only hits his opponents once each per attack.

Back Air: Ariel Slam- Sora turns around and swings his keyblade down. This attack will spike opponents downwards.

Up Air: Tornado Strike- Sora does a horizontal spinning attack that creates a whirlwind that flies up carrying opponents away.

Down Air: Gravity Raid- Sora throws his keyblade straight down and if it hits a opponent it'll double their fall speed until they hit the ground or fall into oblivion.


-Throws-


Pummel: Sora hits his opponent over the head with his keyblade.

Forward Throw: Sora throws his opponent ahead then throws his keyblade at them using strike raid.

Back Throw: Sora throws his opponent backwards then turns around and hits then in their back.

Up Throw: Sora throws his opponent up then jumps up and hits them away from him.

Down Throw: Sora swings his keyblade down on his opponent's head to send knock them away from him.

It may take a little while before the specials are done so if you want to wait and see my ideas for him so you can wait before you vote if you want.


-Smash Attacks-


Side Smash: Prism Windmill- Sora dashes forward While his keyblade spins rapidly while surrounded by a rainbow of light energy. This does upto 17% damage and average knockback for a smash.

Up Smash: Magnet Spiral- Sora creates a magnetic field to draw in opponents before he does a spinning slash to knock opponents away. This does upto 18% damage and average knockback for a smash.

Down Smash: Zantetsuken- Sora takes a dualing stance before delivering a fierce slash that sends opponents flying. This is Sora's strongest smash with upto 20% damage and great knockback.


-Specials-


N.Special: Zone of Ruin- Sora covers his keyblade in a strong golden aura before delivering a single powerful slash. This does 24% damage and has about the same startup time as a falcon punch and has 2x range as a normal slash of Sora's. (Re:Coded)

Side.Special: Faith- Sora flies forward surrounded by 4 columns of light. The columns circle around Sora before separating form around Sora on his left and right sides. This does upto 19% dmg and very little knockback. (KH3D)

Up.Special: Tornado Strike- Sora does a flying spin attack that creates a tornado around himself. Has a good recovery distance and deals upto 14% damage. The tornado continues flying a few feet in the direction Sora was going even after he stops spinning. (KH3D)

Down.Special: Trinity Limit- A large arcane symbol appears on the ground where Sora's standing. Sora stabs his keyblade into the ground before performing a quick but flashy spin around his keyblade, unlocking the radiant light within the symbol. It creates a pillar of light (as high is Palutena's Up.Smash, and as wide as Bowser) It deals multiple hits and upth 28% dmg and high knockback, but it can only be used on the ground. (CoM)


Final Smash: Nightmare's End- Sora creates a keyblade made of pure light, then he does a sweeping slash upwards sending opponents to a cutscene between him and a image of Riku with a dark keyblade. They combine the two blades creating a mighty keyblade that deals several powerful hits in a and like Kirby's Ultra Sword he'll only do the cutscene to those that first slash connects. It deals 52% damage.


-Other-


Entry: Sora falls through a portal of light a few feet above the stage.

Up Taunt: Sora puts his hands behind his head and say "That all you got?"

Side Taunt: Sora leans forward ready for a fight and makes a fierce (for him atleast) face.

Down Taunt: Sora does that goofy grin from KH1 (you know the one I'm talking about)

Win1: Sora holds up his keyblade which is radiating light and a crown symbol appears under him.

Win2: Sora triumphantly holds up a gold trophy he won in Olympus.

Win3: Sora gets knocked over by Pluto who's barking exitedly.

Combo: Lea[censored]e: Decidueye quickly strikes with a leaf, doing 1% before swiftly striking with three leaves, doing 3% (every .8 seconds) and low knockback.
Side.Attack: Peck: Decidueye swiftly brings his head down, beak first, doing 4% and average knokcback.
U.Attack: Astonish: Decidueye covers his eyes and a red circle appears above him for a second. The circle is about the size of Kirby, and then scares anyone in the red circle. It does 6% and knocks the foe a fair distance upwards.
D.Attack: Low Sweep: Decidueye quickly does a very low kick, doing 5% and tripping any foes whom it hits.
Dash Attack: Tackle: Decidueye quickly rams his opponents. It goes 4ft forward and does 8%


N.Air: Hidden Power: Decidueye releases small spheres of energy that encircle himself doing multiple hits and upto 6%.
F.Air: Smack Down: Decidueye does a aerial tackle. 7%
B.Air: Fury Swipes: Decidueye kicks multiple times behind himself. Upto 8%
U.Air: Ominous Wind: Decidueye creates a ghostly whirlwind that moves up a few feet. Upto 7%
D.Air: Acrobatics: Decidueye does a spinning dive bomb onto his opponents head's. 9%



Grab: Spirit Shackle: Decidueye wraps a shadowy chain around the foe. Long range, and can tether. Animation looks Decidueye shooting a chain with a pointed end.
Pummel: Vine Whip: Decidueye whios them witha vine. It does 1.5% and has a medium amount of animation frames.
F.Throw: Decidueye throws his opponent forward before firing razor leaves. 7%
B.Throw: Decidueye spins his opponent around before throwing them behind himself. 8%
U.Throw: Decidueye does a upward kick knocking his opponent upwards. 6%
D.Throw: Decidueye slams his opponent down. (9%) Causes meteor smash if used near ledge.


Smashes
>.S- Energy Ball: Decidueye fires a ball of solar energy that travels fast. Does If hit, does 11% damage and relatively high knockback.

^.S Razor Leaf: Decidueye fired a tornado of leaves upward. They travel the rest of the stage, trapping foes and doing 2% per second does upto 10% damage.

v.S Shadow Claw: Decidueye slashes in an arc infront of him, It does upto 13% damage and relatively high knockback.

Specials
N.B: Solar Beam: Decidueye absorbs energy before releasing a green bean a medium distance. 22% damage and rather high knockback, but can't be used again for ~5 seconds

>.B Leaf Blade: Decidueye slashes forward with it's wings, creating 3 green slashes in the air. Moves him forward a bit, and each slash does 5% damage (each) and low knockback.

^.B Brave Bird: Decidueye surrounds itself with a fiery aura that looks like a bird and fires in the direction you aim. Does 14% damage and 4% recoil.

v.B: Wild Growth: Decidueye roots itself into the ground, and attacks with powerful vines. While rooted, it can't jump or move. Press v.B again to unroot or take a heavy attack (18%+). While rooted Decidueye attacks upto 5ft ahead with its roots. It deals 16% damage.



FS Sinister Arrow Raid: Decidueye flies over the stage leaving a rain of ghost imbued arrows. One falls every time you hit A (rapidly tap to fire them all in one area) and he can fire upto 10 arrows, thus sniping from above. After it's over they detonate creating pillars of phantom energy. They deal 7% and relatively high knockback. Will ko at 85% Decidueye does 2 passes once to the right, then left. This gives you 2 chances to land some hits.

Lucas should have a new alts based off of Clous, His Masked Man costume (minus the gun arm and wings), and his unmasked costume.

His moves would be based primarily off his actual PK/PSI abilities

v.Smash - PK Ground: Lucas points his hand at the ground before generating a shockwave directly infront of himself that buries opponents caught in it. It deals 8% damage and has a 2ft radius.


N.B 1- PK Love: Lucas charges up his PSI energy before unleashing a mid ranged explosive blast. It deals upto 32% damage. And its trajectory can be aimed, it travels upto 5ft with a charge time of 3 seconds.

^.B PK Thunder B: Lucas skips shooting a ball of thunder and goes straight into an aimed flying thunder attack. It deals 3% less damage then a normal PK Thunder, but is much easier to recover with.

>.B  PK Fire A: Lucas fires explosive dart like fire burst. They deal only 5% damage, but can be used upto 3 times in quick succession.

Final Smash: The Seventh Needle!-
The Lucas is surrounded by light energy. (1/5 of FD's size) Everyone caught in it goes to a cutscene where he stands before the Final Needle once he pulls it out it creates a massive blast of energy that will damage and send all caught opponents flying. Deals 50% damage.

Bass one of the strongest and most vicious NetNavis ever his power is greatest when He's faced with a worthy opponent. when his dmg ranges from 131-999% his cape will mostly be shredded and his hands will radiate dark energy and his eyes glow red. http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/megaman/images/5/5f/Bass4.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100626130924 In this state Bass's attack power and the range of his attacks become much more powerful. His specials will change too.

He is a high risk high reward character. while his power raises dramatically his chances of getting k.o'd increase. once he's k.o'd he returns to his original state.

-Basics- Bass's attack range goes up by 1/2 during his dark form.

A Moves

AAA- Buster Rake- Bass uses both of his busters to fire at his opponents. mid ranged.

Side A- Air Burst- Bass fires a green speedy energy shot at his opponent.

Down A -Tank Cannon- Bass fires a energy blast that moves down until it hits the ground about 5 feet ahead.

Up A -Wide slash- Bass swings a purple wide sword above his head.


Side Smash-Dark Arm Blade- Bass will appear a few feet ahead and swing his arm in a horizontal slash. It deals 18% dmg and has a 3.ft range when nrm and 28% dmg and 5.ft range in dark form.

Down Smash-Delete Tower- Bass throws a pair of bombs to the ground that erupt into huge energy pillars on both sides of him. It deals 20% dmg nrm and 30% in dark form.

Up Smash-Homing Spark- Bass fires a slow-moving spark that homes in on his opponent for about 6 feet. deals 17% dmg nrm, 27% dark form. Nair- Bass swings his hands ahead of himself while they glow yellow nrm and in purple dark form.


Fair- Bass brings his hands down like a hammer while his hands glow yellow when normal, purple in dark form.
Bair- Bass does a backwards kick while his foot glows yellow when normal, purple in dark form.
Uair- Bass does a slight uppercut while his hand glow yellow when normal, purple in dark form.
Dair- Bass does a diving kick while his feet glow yellow when normal, purple in dark form.

Dash Attack- Bass dashes forward and does a roundhouse kick. his foot glows yellow nrm, purple drk
Get Up Attack- Bass jumps up hitting nearby opponents with his hands and feet they glow yellow nrm, purple drk.
Ledge Attack- Bass jumps up firing his buster randomly ahead oh himself.
Ledge Attack over 130%- Bass jumps up in a explosive blast of energy it's purple.


B moves: some change or upgrade depending on Bass's Current form The average boost in power and knockback in Dark Form is +10% and +1/2 (knockback).

Normal
B-Gospel Breath- Bass charges up before unleashing a beam attack from a cannon shaped like Gospel's head ( http://ts1.mm.bing.net/th?id=H.4725444493904292&pid=15.1 )It takes 2.5 seconds to charge mid range and it deals 24% dmg.

Side B- Gospel Claw- Two of Gospel's claws will attack opponents ahead. Mid ranged and deals 11% dmg. (22% total)

Down B- Earth Breaker- Bass hits his opponent by gathering tremendous large amounts of power then slamming his hand to the ground. Close ranged it deals 28% dmg and breaks shield.

Up B-Sonic Dash Bass moves so fast he temporarily turns invisible. He can aim it and control the angle like Lucario's Up B.

Dark Form

B-Dark Arm Blade- Bass will teleport next to a opponent within 6 feet ahead of him and swing his arm in a wide sword/long sword motion. it is depicted as if Bass is clenching his fists with darkness shooting out from the top of his hands. It deals 32% dmg.

Side B-Hell's Rolling- Bass summons 2 rings/wheels simultaneously, which will converge at the opponent. deals 16% dmg each.

Down B -Black Earth Breaker- Similar to Earth Breaker but has its range improved by 1/4 and deals 38% dmg.

Up B Same but with improved range.


Normal FS.
Vanishing World-Bass morphs his hand into a huge Gospel Cannon and then fires a very destructive white laser which between the Zero laser's and Aura Storm's sizes and works similar. deals heavy knockback and 56% dmg.

Dark form.

Chaos Nightmare-Bass will float up, then create a very devastating sphere of darkness in the air. He then targets the nearest opponent's current location before hurling it down on his opponent. deals 66% dmg.


Taunts:

Up Taunt- Bass shouts "you are nothing..."
Side Taunt- Bass says "Little boy... How did you get in here...?"
Down Taunt- Bass Holds up his fist which radiates aura (the color depends on his form)

Entrance- A portal of darkness appears on the ground then Bass floats out of it.

Cloud's alts should include his KH 1 costume http://www.khwiki.com/File:Cloud_(Art).png a alt with red clothes and a black scarf/cape.

While Cloud is a talented swordsman capable of wielding the buster sword with ease. Materia plays a Large role in his game's gameplay and story. Therefore it should be repped aswell.

-Custom moves-

N.Cust1- Cross Slash: Works the same both normally and during Limit Break. But with a slight damage boost of 2% and 3% per hit respectively.

N.Cust2- Meteorain: Cloud creates a portal that fires upto 3 small meteorites that fall at a downward angle. They deals continuous damage to opponents while slightly dragging them as they fall. During Limit Break it fires 4 somewhat larger meteorites. Deals upto 12% and 20% damage respectively.


New >.Special- Fire3: Cloud cast a mid ranged fireball that explodes on impact with a opponent, attack, or stage/hazard. It deals 10% damage and it has the highest knockback of the side specials.
LB- Flare: Cloud summons a explosion which detonates faster and larger. It deals 19% damage.

>.Cust1- Bolt3: Cloud cast a fast moving mid ranged bolt of lightning that burst on impact with a opponent, attack, or stage/hazard. It deals upto 14% damage while trapping a opponent. It has nearly no knockback.
LB- Tornado: Cloud summons a tornado ahead of himself which draws in nearby opponents and traps them while dealing upto 22% damage.


>.Cust2- Ice3: Cloud cast a slower moving shot of ice that burst on impact with a opponent, attack, or stage/hazard. It deals 6% has little knockback, but freezes a opponent.
LB- Freeze: Cloud summons a blast of absolute zero ice that deals 14% damage and freezes opponents.


^.Cust1- Burnhazard: Cloud covers his sword in blue energy before performing a attack similar to Climbhazard. It deals more damage, but has a start up time of .85 seconds (making it more easily punished)

^.Cust2- Windhazard: Cloud performs a swifter move like his upward Climbhazard. It deals no damage, but moves somewhat higher and pushes opponents away interfering with their recovery. Limit Break moves faster and has stronger winds.


Cloud still uses Limit Breaker, however when fully charged his special is replaced.

v.Cust1- Omnislash: Cloud slashes once. If he catches a opponent he'll deliver several slashes in rapid succession. It deals upto 34% damage. It can be interupted by outside attacks and stage hazards, and has very little knockback. The opposite of a Finishing Touch.

v.Cust2- Ultima: Cloud cast rather large powerful explosive spell that deals 30% damage and heavy knockback, but has a startup time of 1.75 seconds.

Cinematic Omnislash Version 6 replaces the original.
