I can confirm that the Final Smash causes NO problems whatsoever.

The user who reported that hack was using my Roy over a .rel port of somesort, and for some reason it caused a freeze.

So DON'T worry! The hack is good! (Provided you're putting it over Roy in P:M 3.0, of course.)

Looks like my little hiatus is over, huh? In celebration of P:M's new release, here's a new PSA! And not just some little update, either: this is, aside from Captain Falcon, the most complete PSA yet!

As much as I LOVE P:M's Roy, my main focus is on de-cloning. And this Roy is almost completely de-cloned!

So here's the rundown:

Idle stance currently reflects his in-game stance as a Lord. (Will probably be updated)
Jab animation has been changed.
Side tilt animation has been changed.
Dash Attack is now a really long ranged stabbing attack: Roy's standard attack from FE before being promoted to a Master Lord.
Up Tilt animation changed back to the one from Melee. To be honest the PMBR's animation is kinda... strange. Don't worry, Marth is getting something new so it's not a clone move.
FAir is now a quick triple stab attack. This move is AWESOME. Stabstabstab! Stabstabstab! Stabstabstab! Quick, versatile, great damage-racker. Easily the PSAs feature change.
NAir is now his P:M BAir. Made a little faster and a little weaker. As cool as his P:M NAir was, the animation is kinda strange and honestly the attack was overpowered.
BAir is now a powerful stab attack. Primary kill move, at least in the air.
UAir is now an uppercut style attack. Way less range than the original move, but it's got more damage to make up for it.
Special animation changed to reflect his critical hit animation from the FE game he was in.

We couldn't add the sheath because of filesize n stuff.
o_e Dude that sucks! My PSA was going to make use of that sheathe... :C

I can't wait to see what alternates you guys pull off for Ike and Roy. I'd love to see a Lord/Hero/Vanguard Ike with the professional quality you cats always show off. ...Although I have a gut feeling Vanguard is near impossible due to file sizes.

Astra sounds to the best fit. I would love to help with that if I can. I'm just above novice when it comes to animating though.
The idea is to have POR's Astra as Side B, and RD's Astra as a cinematic-esque Final Smash (Or was it the other way around?)
Interesting concept. I usually don't consider FSmashes, since my play style is more competitive. But it makes alot of sense because there are two games to take Astra from.

heavyd88 Has helped to confirm that altered FitMotionEtc files in conjunction with the hack cause a freeze. >_> The PM FitMotion works fine though.

This sucks because my Ike PSA is suuuuuper altered <_<

Actually, it's like three times the size...

Wait, there's more. Sometimes hacks work using only PCS, right? And the PCS of this hack is a pretty standard size, right? Right... so, I loaded the hack with only the PCS. It STILL caused freezing!

...This more be more complicated than I thought.

Same, initial reaction to Ganon is kinda negative.

He's looks bright as the sun right now, I think that's the major problem.
Doesn't help that you showcased him on a stage with dark lighting, lol.

(Speaking of which, you might want to showcase characters from Pictochat, so as to present the models without any color distortion from stage lighting)

Also, this talk of a Swordmaster PSA has caught my eye; I'm a half-decent animator but a really thorough ideas man. If you guys need any help I might be able to generate some material for ya. Especially in terms of planning a moveset that accurately portrays the Swordmaster style.

For example, I assume you guys are changing the side B to Astra? It only makes sense.

Erm, somethin' you might wanna know about the Vanguard Ike, Vert. Satoshi has told me that, while the Vanguard model is currently unfinished/near complete, he has it working in-game. He sent me the file in a PM and every time I tested it, the game froze...!

So here's the rundown.
The hack doesn't work for my set, which is Gecko based.
The hack does work for his set, which is Riivolution based.
Both of us are running P:M, if that matters.

^My theory is, it works for him because Riivo has some fancy-pants filesize-limit-bypass coding or whatever (which is why 4 GB SDs work for Riivo). The Vanguard .pac/.pcs files are currently MASSIVE, almost double the size of any other standard Ike hack.

Standard Ragnell causes quiet freeze after selecting a stage.
Awakening Ragnell causes bzzzt freeze after selecting Ike.
Ettard went untested.

Hopefully you've got some ideas, because as it stands the hack is apparently Riivo only!! XC
