Yes they are all Dragon Ball Z ones and yes I am a huge fan of it.

I found out that with mario's fireball you can just add more special offense collisions and it will work, but you can't change how often it will occur.

I don't have this problem, but I'm sure you can probably fix it if you changed the animation data, but I doubt you'd want to get into that.

I don't use any character hacks for those characters listed but as for stages the dbz world tournament stage is a good one though it is simplistic. Some audio would be the budokai 3 intro, budokai 2 intro, and ultimate tenkaichi main menu. Yes I am a fan of dbz and thats why I only have some dbz realted things. As for the characters, you could try project m to mix up some of the movesets.
