I'm going to try and give Hazama a 'free-flowing' Jacket so I have more room to texture him, I don't know if it will work as planned but it will look sick if it does Grin
I'm not sure whether to give him several facial expresions, or just that evil smirk he has... hmmm.

First, Thanks to all those people who like it. I'm glad Grin
I never really like how my hacks turn out in the end but this one is one of the exceptions... Especially because I thought it would look a lot worse than it does.

Ok, adressing the texture issue: I would like to improve the textures summore but it is very, very difficult to add the detail and get the textures to line up correctly.
The cuffs of the sleeves and upper jacket are block colour that fade into detail. I did this to better hide the fact that that the Texture mapping distorts the texture so much that it looks horrible. I would rather have them with lesser detail than messy detail.
The overall texture is still unfinished. I still need to add more depth to his second clothes and the sword mainly.
It is also quite a challenge to create realistic looking textures for a character who is normally rendered with very flat colours...
Even if I did make perfect textures, brawlbox would flatten them some when I import them anyway >.>
tl;dr - The texture mapping prevents overly high detailed everythings

Man, a Double-Bacon Cheeseburger would go down soo well right now... Munchies can be a real pain when you don't have anything to munch on.

The thing is, I don't want to have put all this effort into it just to have it pushed aside because someone else releases a slightly edited version Sad
Kinda like what BSZ did with MarioKart's Shinobu or what James Cameron did with Pocahontas Avatar.

You can make a recolour pack if you wish though... A V-Joe recolour does sound pretty interesting I'll give you that Wink

If it's for Personal use, go crazy.

The cuffs and the upper part of the jacket should be left as a block colour or else the texture mapping makes them look all screwy. Similar thing with the plates on his upper arms... They stretch because of the animations.

Ok, Couple of things to add..
First off: New Poll
I can probably predict how it will turn out, but yeah... go vote.

When I release him, would you like his re-colours included aswell? (This ofcourse will prolong his release a little longer)

People with a keen eye will notice minor differences in his appearance compared to his official artwork(s).
I tried to make him as acurrately as possible but certain parts of his texture are damn near impossible to work on (Boot buckles in particular)

...And lastly, just 'cuz I feel like it, I'mma share with you one of the things I used to reference him...

The modules folder goes into the 'pf' folder...
If this doesn't change anything, then it is likely the .GCT your using.

In this case, the ID's don't match up correctly Undecided
I'm working with Ike at the moment... ID goes up to 27 in vertex sets but 22 in UV's.

I'm trying to edit his eyes which I have found as UV's 4, 5, 6, and 7.
They all look the same but they are all different sizes... got any ideas?

EDIT:
4 = Left iris
5 = Left sclera
6 = Right iris
7 = Right sclera

Is there any possible way to tell which UV Points coordinate with the Vertex sets? Undecided

I've seen this before, It happened when I tried to make Peaches Crown Perma-visible.

I'm almost positive it's something to do with the bone edit.
I couldn't find a fix for it, Try asking Dingo himself Grin
