I don't think people who don't follow the rules deserve a "user-friendly" interface.

How about a verification system, like for the first 3 or 5 uploads a user makes when they first upload on the Vault. Maybe like a CAPTCHA or something where the first few uploads have to wait till approved on the Vault, until those few are approved they cannot upload anymore on the Vault.

Something like this makes more sense.

Judging from the time this happened, I'm guessing the host was just doing some kind of maintenance. Because no one else has mentioned it, and it's not happening anymore.

Vyse could run the same thing he did for Megaupload and have the BV auto-report everything that used that site.

Done. There were only about 50 hacks using it, and only 8 of those didn't have reports already.

Still would be nice to have the idea I mentioned but *shrugs*

Anyway, I have no idea how that outage happened. I mean, I know what caused it, since I fixed it, I think. But how that thing got messed up is anyone's guess.

Sorry for trying to assist the large, albeit slow, mod team in helping maintain the a positive atmosphere one KCMM.

That post was pretty obviously not directed at you, so I have no idea what you're getting passive-aggressive about.

Also, 5 mods for an average 860 posts per day isn't what I'd call "large," but we can agree to disagree.

I really hate the assumption that if the mod team doesn't do something about your report, that means you should repeat yourself more loudly and indiscreetly.

I see two reports about it, both made less than a day ago. The mods will get to them and decide what, if any, action should be taken. After you make a report, you've done your part. You can then go about your business.

OK, if it's the "%" causing problems (and I have a couple of ideas why that could be), then the project I'm working on should fix it, whenever I finish. And since I'll probably be busy looking at apartments this weekend and moving next weekend, that may not be for a while.

I really do wish I could fix that. But I haven't changed anything about BV since adding CSPs, and that error message provides no useful information. So I have no idea what it could be. And I don't have a lot of time to check it out.

With any luck, it'll go away when I finish rewriting the code. Which, by the way, is going swimmingly; I'm learning a lot of neat tricks from my actual job.

I assume you mean something that changes music titles? If so, then yeah, that's fairly handy; the last thing like that is something Dantarion made a long time ago but never finished, I think.

GUI for THPConv

You'll need to elaborate on this one. THPConv isn't even there, but I'm guessing it's just something that converts video files to .thp, so how complicated can it be?

• No .rel ports on the Vault, unless they're made by the mod's original creator?
• No packs on the Vault unless they include at least some (a majority?) of your own work?
• Did you settle on anything for plagiarism?
