ok that sounds like a great idea! This is going to be a an awesome FS. So how is this going to play out? We are going to use Ness's FS for part of this right? Should Ness's FS be the Shin Massenkou?

The way I see it this is roughly how the damage should be placed.
Massenkou: 10-15%
Rakuhouha: 20-25%
Shin Massenkou: 30-35%
Total: 60-75%

This way its now too overpowered or underpowered. Also are we going to make His FS a 100% hit rate? Or optional hit rate? I think it would be 100% because the damage isnt too high but idk yet.

Another factor is what % will it K.O at? I was thinking somewhere between 75-100% (before the FS damage has occured)  Other than that everything else seems fine.

[EDIT]hey i just realized the topic now says Project Zero(change of plans) whats up with that? I didnt notice till now

This sounds excellent. Not just one giga attack but three! I would have never thought of that. Anyways Rakuhouha, Massenkou, and Shin Massenkou are those from X4, 5, and 6? because im not good with names Smiley but anyways If they are or not, i think that would be a good idea. also can u explain to me what the second set of moves were? Because like i said im not good with names. But I love this idea

good idea. The charge time should be about the same time as Robs ultra beam.  The attack sounds good. Im liking the idea. This is going to turn out well. Im glad this Down B has been decided. So this PSA is just about wrapped up. Now whos going to make it? It has to be someone who actually understands these moves.

[EDIT] oh ya so about the final smash, this shouldnt be as hard to think about. So which giga attack are we useing? Awesome Face

ya that would make more sence, thats more of a tilt than a special. Although I dont really think a spinning move is the way to go.  But like i said, im getting tired, and we are running out of options. I think its down to either Earth Giezer or the Juuhazan. Im starting to lean towards Earth Giezer since I just want to get this decided, and it just seems like a cooler move. but we cant make it too powerful.

I dont think a Dash would be appropriate for Down B.  Hey what of his Down B could be a combo move?

ya um that would be a way to cheap final smash. and thats like what the other PSA had so we dont want to copy it. and like i said before. I dont think his Down B should be any giga attacks. anyways Hey Velen maybe we could do Ensuizan from X6 where he spins his saber rapidly for Down B

[EDIT] ya cuz im getting tired of trying to find a Down B for him. I dont really think the move I said is that gr8 but I really want to find a quality move for him

Ok we are not doing gaurd shell because we already have something called a shield =P the reflecting bullets one is a NO because well thats cheap as you know what. the shot absorber I dont think is really that gr8. so I guess the only option is the wave slash, w/e it is. But I know there has got to be something out there for a ground down B. maybe some moves from X7 or X4?

2 things.
One: Who is making the PSA?

Two: I just so happen to have played MMXCM today and realized that I think we should use a different move for his Ground Down B. Skull smash just doesnt seem all that cool to me, He spins and strikes down, nothing special. thats basicly what the Aerial Neutral A was on the first PSA. There has got to be something that is better. But if we cant find anything else I will be fine with that. Its an OK move

I was thinking another option for his Ground Down B could be Tenshouha? from MMX8 maybe but it woiuld need some time to charge to prevent spamming

Despite what I said, the idea for Skull Smash was inspired from the Charged Smash from MMZ. I just gave it Skull Smash's name.

Okay then. Though I think that maybe we should use a different move. We already have two Command Arts from X8.

I propose either Rakuhouha, Massenkou, or Earth Gaizer (Which I am now naming Chibakugou (Lit: Earth Detonation)).

Well I think Rakuhouha is a bit too cheap. I dont think that would be good for him. And which game was Massenkou and Earth Gaizer from? I forgot.

[EDIT] To be honest I think his Down B should be a basic technique rather than these giga attcks that you are listing. I have no problem with them, I like your ideas and thoughts, im just afriad of making him overpowered

thats what i tried to say. and its an odd move. and also, we ARE going to have his Z buster. so no more suggestions for his Ground and Air B, the Z buster must stay. That is an essential move for him.

Hieijin wouldnt really do anything for him, but ya like Velen said, he has to be able to use the Z Buster in both air and ground, or there would really be no point.

For the Final Smash I dont think dark hold is the best way to go. It would be easy but to be honest its nothing special. I like the giga attacks better than the dark hold, but still dont think its good enough for him. I think he needs something flashy maybe, but then again He may not need it do to his moves. but forget I said anything. lets do the specials, smashes, THEN, once we have come to a conclusion, then we can discuss the Final Smash

[EDIT] hey btw is there a way to change how much damage they have to get to actually be frozen? because i have a feeling that people useing Hyouryuushou with spam that and the other players will be frozen in time wondering what it would be like to use the controller =P

[EDIT] But All and all, im pretty much fine with the moveset now. Im pretty happy with what he does and the variety of his moves. Im thinking this is what we are going to stick with. But its open for suggestions that we can shoot down XD. So feel free.

well its possible to make things invisible in the game so i can imagain that we can mix that with a dash, that doesnt seem to hard. But it will still be a great move even if it doesnt have the invisibility.
[EDIT] oh and by the way another thing we are going to have to think about sooner or later. the final smash. So any ideas?

I like almost all of it, 2 things though. Raikousen should be invisible while he dashes btw.

I think we should stick to one charge for his z buster to prevent overpower. (just a thought) or we could just have 3 charges that arent too much of an improvement from the last

other than that I like the rest of the moves. Nicely places,and does not seem to overpowered.

You mean Raikousen should function like a combination of Dimensional Cape and Falco Phantasm?
well just sorta. I mean just like in the game MMX8 his Raikousen is that he does an invisible dash then strikes with a bolt of electricity,(as im sure you know) so to get as close to the origional attack as possible would be worth it, cuz its a cool attack

wow that texture is a mess. well if all else fails. which we can prolly find the rpoblem. we can just have the tie. But its probably easily found. maybe. The way I see this whole overpowered thing is that well its zero. hes short range. so if he is overpowered at all at least whoever plays as him will have to work for it by getting close right? the only long range move he should have is his z buster and the Raikousen. But thats it. So although this is topping him, we shouldnt just let it go. I would like it if he had different moved in the air than on ground, besides Neutral B. But hes an awesome guy and needs many options and variety. I understand the kirby thing Envy but thats a little odd, its kinda like two moves in one. I think we should split the two like for the Up B:Hyouryuushou and than for the Down B: Quake blaze, because Quake Blaze perfectly fits the Down B slot, but I dont know how it will turn out but eventually we will have to come to a conclusion with this whole PSA thing. I dont see how we all are going to agree but it will have to happen soon or like Velen said, this will go nowhere

well im going off of the games and in MMX5 they call it quake blaze =P. and why would quake blaze be part of Up B? you have seen the move right? I dont see how that would tie up with that. He striking down on the earth. so explain how we would use that as an Up B.
[EDIT]:by the way i was thinking his Down B grounded could be a counter like marth and use a Ryuenjin, and maybe for a arial Side B preform a Sentsuizan?
