Okay, I've been testing him out a little bit and I have to say... He is broken, up tilt needs some kinda lag, it's a huge projectile that can be abused, as a matter of fact, he needs a little lag on all his moves, his range, plus his speed, makes him very... Overpowered...
Neutral air is a good example of this, it's even faster then Marth's forward air, has more range, and as much kill power... Making it a gimping tool that even Meta Knight would be proud of... Thanks to his air mobility, and his flight, he can gimp foes, then recover.
Down tilt is also spammable, no end lag, plus how much range it has, equals a hard to get through attack.
Down air... Not too bad, it has end lag if you miss, however... I just killed Bowser at 50% standing still, and as a level 9 AI off the side of Final Destination... Also, I guess it could use some start up time, you can short hop it, and make it have little start up time.
The flying feels too fast, plus the wing doesn't flap, making it look lifeless...
Holding X to glide should have a time limit, the way it is now, you can stall on some stages, and you can hold the opposite direction on the joy stick, and make him fly backwards... Stall tactics galore.
Up smash is pretty overpowered too, very fast, and has a lot of kill power, in training mode, I killed Bowser with it at 50%, and a level 9 CPU Bowser at 60% on the side of Final Destination.
Meteor seems to come out too fast... Plus something feels off about it...
The throws... Man, first off, the initial grab should have start up lag, the pummel can do 35% from 0%, but if they mash buttons, 14%, up throw kills Bowser at 65%, and level 9 CPU Bowser at 70%, down throw killed him at 65% also, on the side of Final Destination.
Grab release seems to lead too up tilt... You might be able to chain grab too, but I'm not sure... I need to test it on more characters.
Well... That's all I have for now... I hope this helps you balance him, I'll see if I can get more testing done later.
What do you mean by Rockman Zero? I looked it up on a google and all I saw was MMX and MMZ Zero.
*Clears throat* Rockman, is the Japanese name of Megaman, they changed his name over here, because they thought it would be confusing, due to the other "men", and how they have their element in their name, however...
Rockman is actually a reference to Rock and Roll, hence why there is a Roll in the games...
Subsequently, the other games are called Rockman in Japan, including Megaman Zero...

There's no lag whatsoever. And his grab has pretty long range, and I'm thinking of having the opponent getting hurt when they are grabbed, because, hello, you're getting impaled.
All his throws are done, for the most part, His AAA combo is almost done, his Up A and Down A are mostly done, his Up Smash is done, and I think that's it.
I think I'm going to make one of his moves Thundaga, one to be Octaslash, and possibly Blizzaga. Neutral B will be Meteor. Down B.......I want to put Hell's Gate here, but I don't know what to use for graphics.......maybe a pokemon or an assist trophy?
Side B, No idea. Up B, I'm working on getting him to fly.
Oh, and if you hold the jump button after his second jump, he'll glide, but go downward gradually, like Meta Knight.
Uh... I would add a little end lag, nothing over the top like Link, but that doesn't seem balanced at all... Though, I like the idea of the grab hurting you when it hits, it makes sense, just make it have a little bit of end lag, otherwise, it would be spammable, but again, nothing stupid like Link though, just enough to punish him with a quick attack.
Hell's gate... Hm... I wonder if a green version of Ike's neutral B would work for the effect?
Yeah... But I wonder, did Hollow make it have start up lag? Or some end lag? Either way, it wouldn't be broken... (Hell, I find it lame that grabs like that have lag anyway, why would Link, or Samus mess around if they missed?)

Hi, just came here to say that I support this . I would also like the moveset to at least be somewhat balanced. Do you mind sharing some of your ideas that are different from the ones in my thread?
You know... Aaf has a good point, you should say what you have planned, also, for him to be balanced, he'll need a lot of end lag on his moves, with that much range and what not.
Hm... If you make Sephiroth, try to make him a little bit balanced, you can make a Godly version too if you want, but I think you need to try your hand at making a balanced move set, it should be interesting.
Link is the best base for Lyn. I know it sounds crazy, but ZSS doesn't have much potential for dynamic clothing. Hat physics, a sword moveset, and a tunic? That works!
Also, I would like to add that, (though I haven't played the games), she uses a bow in that game too, and as we all know, Link has a bow... But then again, Link is hard to edit, and sounds... Manly... (And Marth too somewhat, but at least he's more girly then Link).
Lyn would definetaly be something I'd like to see.
This is gonna be epic, if he's over anyone who's easy to psa with I'd be happy to give it a try. Though I should finish my Zant psa first lol
Lyn and Soren are the only FE characters I'm interested to have in Brawl, too bad no one's interested in those, even thought Soren has a decent PSA already D;
Yeah... Even though that PSA is broken, it is well made, especially considering the time it was made, no animation hacking, and no fancy new techniques... Plus I want Soren anyway... I have my reasons.
