It's rather good, very close to the source, There's just a few odd things...
Now, I need to test this again, but it seems like you can mash down B, and do a VERY powerful attack, and as someone already said, down smash at the ledge, and hit the opponent with it, the get spiked...
Though, I wouldn't change down air, it's hard to hit with anyway, with it's start up time, and small hitbox, (and Ganon's is just as likely to kill you, and it's easier to hit with)...
The over all move set is somewhat balanced though, good job.^_^
I looked inside the Other M iso and found a bunch of raw files. It turns out they are bress files with TEX0's and everything but the models cant be viewed properly

Well, but I don't mind Waluigi... I do wish he didn't replace Toon Link though... I would much rather replace someone like Diddy, or Olimar, or Jigglypuff.
...And yeah, he is a Mario fanboy, but he's still a nice guy. And eh, what's not to like about Mario anyway?
Very impressive. Especially the work on animations. You pretty much gave a soul to this PSA. Simply amazing.
However, a PSA that can freeze is a big no-no to me, and if the gameplay is glitchy in some situations, it's even worse, so I think your main priority now should be to find a way to dissimulate these.
First off, my friend MarioKing64DS is the one who made the animations, second, I don't think you can fix the glitches yet, it has something to do with the model's original bone count... Or so I hear anyway...
if u culd put melee in then project M wuld be useless
Nah, Project M would still have purpose, for one thing, can you play as Meta Knight, or Wolf, or any of the Brawl characters in Melee? No? I didn't think so, plus from what I understand, the characters are going to be better balanced then what they were in Melee...
*Ahem* Enough about that, this find, while kinda neat, wouldn't be of much use.
