Open the CSSRoster in the BrawlEx Config Utility. Click random and add your BrawlEx character IDs.

EmuNAND uses memory other than the Wii's memory. Look in the settings of your USB Loader and find NAND Emulation. If I used CFG USB Loader, I'd tell where to go, but I prefer Wiiflow.

How do you have your files named. I'll use for example, my Link clone. The file name is MenSelchrFaceB1100.brres and inside it has the RSPs named MenSelchrFaceB.1101 - 1106. The formats for all of the pictures is CMPR, which is low quality but reliable. There should be no compression on the brres. There should also be no palettes.

Use Project Ex. It's Project M combined with BrawlEx. That is the only way, unless you can make compatible codes to make them.

Try using EmuNAND on your usb loader.

Try exporting your Brawl save to the SD card as you normally would on the Wii menu. Put your SD card in your computer and switch the save file with the new one. Put it back in the Wii and copy it.

Hey guys, I'm new to this BrawlEx and when I try to add a new character a Random icon shows up and as soon as I scroll to it, it freezes. I've read the Troubleshooting and every file is there. I'm using Riivolution and I was thinking is the XML file? Is there any specific XML file I need to have? Thanks.

What xml are you using?
