just saw that on the thread, lol. Yeah he needs to explain how he did it this cud change brawl modding forever. What i want them to figure out is making it possible to be added over a character one slot, similar to like how starwaffle put little mac over sheik.
nope Obj can be any file from anything, as long as it gets converted which isnt that hard i hear. This means Master Chief, Mewtwo, Nightmare, Silver, all in brawl one slot, if they figure out how to convert them to a .DAE which idk how far that is but still this is awesome. ^^
I just thought this was awesome so i posted it, spreading the good news! I didnt discover it, its similar to imports. Because it cant go over characters... Yet. If people find a way to convert them to .DAEs brawl hacking will be on the news! Check the thread, someone imported Magikoopa and converted it to .OBJ, he says a guide is coming soon! :3
well from what DarkShadeDX told me its, u get any model from anything that can be read in 3ds max 8, put in mariokart64n's script, then you insert the whole brawl model and from what i hear you get to trace that character to look almost exactly like the one u are trying to create. Its very hard to get, and scary. But well worth it and fairly new. so i plan on getting all the Halo models, redoning Master Chief, Arbiter, Sarge Johnson, and Cortana. Sure itll be work, but itll make the entire halo franchise nearly perfectly in brawl. Mariokart64n is almost done with Mewtwo and it looks just like the one from Melee, its amazing, truly amazing.
Alrite, i havent had much time to work on arbiter and Zero lately. but At the least Arbiter will be done, but might just come as a vertex hack on ganondorf, because of the new method that can make models perfect.
No prob SS. I don't mind waiting, I've got aaaaaaalll summer.

Actually, i got some help from another hacker and we got the motion Etc almost done in a few hours. It still needs edits and vertexes to look really good because he looks kinda fat now.
@Dingo: Yeah...that...well I'm working on finishing Farore, I've revamped some of her textures and working on the model with LookitsLink. Din is going to probably stay the same. I've tryed to modify her bangs, without success. Nayru is probably just going to get a texture upgrade, most of her vertexing is done.
@ShadowSnake: Please do, though changing the moveset for Ness would make all of the nesses tall and humanoid...though that honestly wouldn't be a bad thing. I might actually edit those textures in my spare time so they look a litle better, perhaps more detailed and such. We might come up with something good. PM me the modified model and moves when you're done please.
@NecromancerX: I would, but the problem is that his face texture is symetrical, so I can't give him the scar...It would have to be either on Captain Falcon or Snake, as those are the only two characters with assymetrcial face textures.
And that brings me to my next thought. I think Zuko would go best on Falcon, mainly because of the fire-based attacks. If someone could somehow take the visorless triangleeyeless Falcon and vertex his helmet to look like hair and ears, then I would be more than glad to make Zu-Zu.
alrite it'll take awhile but i think it'll be worth it, i made a slight texture revampo myself, but i think u cud do better. I'll pm it to u when its done
