Great job Aether! At least it seems at least you have something done unlike many "projects", I'll look forward to this.
He's actually working on it kinda fast as well. Most of the projects going on right now are moving at a horrendously slow rate, while we should have this finished in a few weeks/months.
I just realized, will his up special be like pit's? Or will you just leave it be?
I think it's going to be left virtually the same. I'd like to make it so you can move it during the animation, like Metaknights forward B, but I don't know if that's possible. Aether kept it the same because it is his only means of recovery right now because he can't glide anymore for some reason. We'll have to fix that.
Great to know! But don't over do it guys, PSA is known for causing boredom and fustration and people tend to normally quit or halt their stuff as it requires a lot of work and patient.

The Starbits, they came with instructions:
1>Go in your common3.pac and find ItmCommonBrres. 2>After that find ItmTabemonoBrres. 3>Click it and then click textures and find ItmTabemono.28. (It should be a peach unless you changed it.) 4>Save your common3.pac. You are done. Have fun!

As for Kratos, I'll happily wait for LookItsLink to decide to update his, he's done a great job on his by the time he did it, I don't care how much he takes, I know if he decides to finish it it'll be awesome!
PERHAPS getting all the real Bowser files from the resources? That'd make the game load every texture/PSA/animation from your SD (I suggest this in case your Brawl DVD's Bowser is the one broken, here's the link in case you're willing to try this, if this isn't the problem, well... I tried. xD)
It's not the File Patch itself, I'd say it's the files you make it load, for example, Imake CSPs and Battle Portraits, there were times I used a Battle Portrait, but rather than having the REAL Portrait, I'd put a CSP instead (Huge diference in size) and when it went in the game, when loading that "Battle Portrait" it'd freeze, 'cause that doesn't go there.
Same happens with broken Textures or anyother file.
