316  Super Smash Bros. 4 Hacking / Smash 4 (Wii U) Hacking / Re: Smash Wii U Research and Development Thread (Testing possible! Coders needed!) on: April 03, 2016, 05:47:25 PM
I would highly recommend not using the smash4mods website. Check my twitter if you want to know more (it should be @Large_Leader) as I'm not home to copypasta information.

I've got your back, bruh.

Could we have a source on this, please?

It's a Boss PSA, so I don't see any reason to "balance" it for PM, though I will of course make the needed changes for a PM version.

Speaking of future projects, I've decided to put Xenomorph up higher in my priority list.

1.) Deoxys.
2.) Sceptile.
3.) Xenomorph.
4.) Misery/Dio.
5.) Raptor.

Character priorities may change every now and then, but Deoxys and Sceptile's priorities will always stay the same.

Speaking of Deoxys, Jaystring's almost done with everything he needs to do with the model/textures. Once he's done, I can start actually working on the project.

My T. rex PSA was made way back before I knew much about editing characters for PM, so it's likely not without a few edits.

For my revamp (or any of my mods), I intend on having alts follow Brawl/Project M rules, in which the alt has to still be the original character, so a semi-alt or a recolor can be done of the character.

I don't think that's even possible to do in Brawl. You can try fiddling with the Turning Response Floating Point though.

You would do that by editing the Floating Points that are used for Turning Response and Launch Arc Curvature. There might be other related Floating Points, though the rest of them haven't been identified yet.

I don't know what you're talking about with that.

You need to use the gct codes.

Whenever a new patch comes out, I'll ask RTB if he can update that download link if he doesn't already do it.

Why not just rig it over the skeleton Bagan's Ridley uses? That would save you a lot of time and trouble.

It saves file size when unused commands are nopped instead of deleted, because PSA doesn't rebuild the moveset file to decrease file size.

I already linked you to the most recent Sm4sh character scripts.

For Sm4sh scripts, this link has every patch from v1.0.0 all the way to v1.1.5. http://www.mediafire.com/download/pgvx8t8a42x8o5f/SSB4U-CharacterScripts.7z

The latest patch available that I know of is 1.1.4, which is in the original post. I'd have to ask around for patch 1.1.5 sometime.

What's the coding for it?

For the Sm4sh script editor, pay attention to this page. https://github.com/Sammi-Husky/Sm4sh-Tools/releases

Did you make sure to use a Sub Routine command, and not a Goto command?
