So a lot of new stuff has been announced for demo 2.5
Lot's of characters tweeks, new stages, crew mode, audio fade, being able to use Japanese letters, as well as today it was announced that demo 2.5 will be released on the 28th.
Oh and the dev team is teasing 2 new characters on top of squirtle and ivysaur. My money is on Samus and Zero suit samus, but that's just me, might end up being Meta Knight for all I know.
Hmph, for some reason it's not allowing me to open the max file. Could you possibly re upload the file with the model exported into as a format like DAE? I'm thinking we might have different versions of 3DS max so that's why I can't open it.
Are you by any chance using a program to extract the model? Noesis for example? cause UVs end up upside down when doing so, and normal issues are really easy to fix.
it's actually a program made specifically for it, the hair textures always come out glitched, having nothing to do with UVs. But Aafyre seems to have the hair under control so we should be all good.
Looks pretty awesome so far! Also I'm having a bit of trouble ripping the model from P3 that you wanted. I personally wouldn't even use it as the hair is pretty messed up normals and textures wise. You'd be better off vertexing or making a new model yourself.
Wait, wait. You can properly rip from AC2? As in all models (including areas)? I requested a rip from that game some time ago but got no response. So if it is possible I'd really like to know how.
I want to create a few stages based on AC2.
I know certain stuff has been ripped, for instance the assassin's chamber from AC2 where you could get the altair armor, and all character models are rippable, so one can assume all the other areas can be ripped as well.
Yeah I don't see why it's taking people so long to rip from AC3, As I'm almost certain the engine is only tweaked from AC2, not a completely new one...

Lol, it was mostly a joke, but yeah I just plan on rigging him on Marth's boneset as I kinda actually sorta dig the design once I get past the fact that it is supposed to be dante.
I have no [censored]ing clue who Pulseman is, but something about him just feels right to me...
Though me not being familiar with him, I have no idea who'd be a good idea to put him over. Not saying i'm going to do him but..
Pulseman is from a Sega Genesis Platformer made by Game freak before they worked on pokemon, he mainly uses electrical attacks, and Pikachu's signature move, volt tackle is based off of Pulseman's Volteccer attack. It'd be cool if you could figure out a way to work him on Pikachu somehow, however proportion wise I'd say pit or luigi.
Toon Link would be cool just for all the different expressions you could do for Crono, however, I agree with IS in that Ike is a much better fit proportion wise and moveset wise.
