Weeeeeell, which character should I focus on, then ? Asch I guess ? lol There is two ways with the TotW:RM2 models and animations
1- Using the ripped model with the boneset + the animation (problem is, there is a movement glitch that you'd have to fix in almost every ripped animation and he would need several custom animation such as swimming, ladder or even for the items)
2 - Recreating the animation from the ripped model/animation, but using the model import of ShadowRockShoota, so you'd have to redo only the attack/wait animation, (it'll probably be a gain of time since there is several animation that you won't have to do)
Either way, I'll try to rip the models and animation as fast as possible
Yup, model & animation ripped directly from TotW:RM2 by myself :p (And... a weird movement bug when I exported the animation from 3ds Max to Brawl box, since the... well, weird movement)
Need Asch and few animation of him ? (at least as reference for maybe redoing them, since using the model ripped mean redoing a lot of Brawl's anim, lol)
I guess Rush is one of the best option for the up B so far, but... "which" Rush ? Rush Coil (like Megaman's up B in SSB4) or maybe something more like Rush Jet ? (to be a bit more original, in my opinion :p)

Oh, by the way, have you found an idea for the Up B / Down B ? IMO, Megaman's Up B (without the shooting part) could go well for Roll, I mean, Megaman have Rush, Bass have Treble and Roll have Beat, after all
while the 2 is hard as [censored] but really fun to play, and the 3 is pretty cheap, once you're able to transform, you're almost invincible. I lost several battles in the 2nd game, I only lost 3 times in SF3.
I don't think the 2 is "that" hard, but it is definitely harder than the third one that's for sure ! SF3's cards and "Noise Change" make the thing more interesting battle wise (IMO), but they are waaaay too overpowered and it breaks all challenge of the game. (Playing the game without a Noise Change nor powerful cards makes the game harder, suddenly) Burai/Rogue Noise with +50 to Sword cards + no weaknesses, plz (or Gemini Noise that cause paralysis to the opponent with ANY sword card, Sword folder with that noise is purely deadly)
Well, there is two kind of opinion about Megaman Starforce, either the "It's a nice variation of MMBN series" or "It's like a cheaper version of MMBN", you should give it a try if you haven't already (my favorite would probably be Starforce 3, but yet it is also the easiest game of those three, sadly)
