You should be able to find any of the unedited files here: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/Resources.php scroll down, click on Data Partition (either NTSC or PAL depending on your region) and you should be able to find zamus.
This thread has thoroughly explained what's been on my mind ever since there have been hacks for brawl. Personally, all of the redone characters, recolors, and obscure anime textures start to pile up, and original ideas become rare. For me, the best part of original ideas is how everyone can use them. An anime character that 10% of the community recognizes might be well done, but not everyone can appreciate it. A well planned, original, and aesthetically pleasing hack goes a lot further and is generally more fun.
well, i don't think enough people would admit they are noobs, then crap will hit the fan when a noobish question is asked in the non noob forum but that's just my opinion (mine doesn't matter much anyway )
I agree. If people want a thread for "noobs" then they can title it something that gives general help to newcomers. If not, help threads should be made with more specialized topics.
This is true, people wouldn't want to post in the n00b section, but we could set up some kind of limitation so you have to do a certain thing to be able to post in the other help section.
that probably isn't nessicary though..
I don't think it's necessary. If there's a very ambitious new hacker on the forums, it would be stupid to limit him from asking questions only because he's new, even when he has a valid question. In reality, all that needs to be done is to make sure that people post in the appropriate forums; everything else falls into place without a problem if this is done.
Most people would want a description of the custom hack to consider if it's possible or within their limits. If you can put up pictures that's even better.
There's a way to use hacks without ever installing homebrew. If you don't want to deal with risks, or pesky system menu updates that remove homebrew and can make re-installing a bit complicated, then you can load GeckoOS through the custom stage creator. I recommend downloading Balanced Brawl (bbrawl) at smashmods. It has everything all set up and all you have to do is copy everything onto your SD. From there you can replace the movesets and textures you don't like. The only downside is that you cannot have any custom stages at all on your wii or SD card (besides the code that the disc interprets as a stage).
Hope this helps. Just ask anything else you need on this thread and we'll do what we can.

Is "Metroid: Other M" Zamus incomplete? She looks fine to me, but maybe I'm overlooking something. I'm just not sure why it's with the others and not released separately.
Can't wait to see in a video. Honestly, the psuedo-reflection shadows look very good in my opinion. Nice job figuring all this stuff out Mewtwo; the stage looks just stunning.
I think Dededoo would be really awesome. A vertex with his mustache would look amazing. How do you plan to do his jacket? Currently his wool coat isn't in the proper shape to make the jacket look accurate; his coat only comes around in front out to his sides.
She most certainly is; I'll try to make it a quick edit, so I can get back to karma, but I'll still make it look nice. It'll also be my first attempt at some UV editing, as evidence with the broomstick head (which is made from the small part of the hammer shaft on the other side of the head, rotated and brought to the base btw)
Awesome. Grunty will be really neat to have in Brawl especially with the vertex.
Why not a GIMP plugin? Its almost the same, not to mention its open source and the anti mod zombies won't try to eat you.
If someone is able to program it, then that's the most likely possibility of accomplishing this. There would be too many copyright entanglements with Photoshop, like The Corrupted one said.
Actually, It's already hideously slow. Just make it do 24% damage and have it eat (or break) shields.
Doesn't need that much KO power if it can eat shields.
Yeah, you're right about the slowness. I'd say it should just eat a large portion of the shield. Being able to break full shields with it would be a bit cheap.
