i involves me getting the files for ghost rider from MvC and figuring out how to animate textures in brawl

......^ what carnage said... u cant make PSA's be 1 slot... it affects every slot unless u add an extra bone to the head of ghost rider and link the fire to that bone, then it will be one-slot.. i think
Well it should, because the other C. Falcons won't have that bone. I don't really like the way that fire looks though

Finally.

I optimized the model as far as it could go. To put it into perspective, there were 155 polygons to begin with.

Now there are 7.

Also, turns out his textures were massive, so I shrank those down. Somehow, I managed to avoid losing quality, so they look pretty much exactly the same. So that's good.

Now let's play a game.

Can you guess what's wrong with the model?

Don't worry, it's fixable, I'm pretty sure it's because I single-bound everything to the TopN bone equivalent.

so you got NM working? can this work for other characters as well or only C. Falcon?

Also that ghost rider is looking pretty awesome.

I have the model but it seems to have lost it's UVs. i can try to fix this but i'm not sure how froggy is supposed to look

Hey, im new to all of this, but can you tell me how to rip the models. I cant seem to find anything.

So I have 3D ripper dx, 3ds max, and dolphin, but after I i capture the frame i dont know what to do, or how to convert it into a file compatible with brawlbox.

(Edit): What I am trying to do specifically is rip aang from into the inferno, and another character from a japanese game (Inazuma Eleven Strikers 2012 Xtreme)


that models you capture should be in "Documents\3DReaperDX\Frames" folder.
you will need 3dsmax to clean up and rig the models to use them in brawl

As I was making an SSP for this, I went and discovered that this place is named "Will's Cage."

More blocks Cheesy Gusta. Will the sword be pretty long this time? Cloud's Buster Sword was kind of small for the PSA Sad invisible hit boxes. The rest was awesome though.

Yep. One of the games that comes with it is Kirby64 so i can get that model you wanted. I can even t-pose it for you

I can make 3DX Ripper work on the family's PC, but ONLY on the family's PC (it doesn't work on the other 2 PCs) but the thing is that the models comes out flat when exported as OBJs... so I un-installed it. Guess the model I wanted to rip from a N64 game for the ''surprise'' on my model port thread would have to be canceled after all...:'(

or you could wait until i finish getting the kirby 20th anniversary game. I never said I wasn't going to get you the model anymore.

Yeah, the auto metal adder doesn't work for me unless I have the materials folder on the model extended.

If I don't have it extended it gives me an error and doesn't do anything

out of curiosity, does it say Direct3d9 in the graphics settings for dolphin?
