2  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / General Hacking Discussion / Re: [Official] Project M discussion: 3.02 patch on: February 06, 2014, 09:34:00 PM
Hey guys is there anyway to use .rel ported characters, because i used them in 3.02 with a PM modified RSBE01.gtc file, but the 3.02v makes the gct file to freee Mario Side B, so is there any way to use them?
a good chunk of Rel ports do work in PM, tho some characters have special coding, (samus, kirby, etc) those characters would need to have those codes removed for you to replace them. or else you may get undesirable resuts. (even then they may not work cause a few of the codes are needed to make those players work in game)

Updated OP with the ripped models. just a  fair bit of warning they are "A" stanced and i don't think the textures all ripped. fee free to use them, rig them, or what ever else you wish. just credit and send us a PM if you do.

if i'm not too lazy i might add screen shots of the fully rigged mode in the game and the .obj in 3ds max.

Loving what i'm hearing about these updates, need my assistance for anything and i'll try my best to help.
i'm barrowing a friends computer atm. i'm going to attempt to get the ini files for the characters off pwi. we have spots available for just about anything right now, as its just me, dusty and sirks working on it, Dusty is our coder, me and Amanda mostly do modeling and rigging. we need stage builders, and probably more modelers. more of anything would be greatly helped tbh. don jon bravo said he was working on sirkura. tho we haven't heard back from him. if any animators/modelers are interested in helping let me know, i'll send you the models we currently have.

I see that projects are still going on, here... I shoul remake my own thread someday... Finishing TA ZSS...

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand add the tail to Sirks
yep just going slow. I still don't have a computer to start rigging and modeling. so we're kinda stuck atm. altho dusty has been working on a few custom codes for us. if anyone is interested in helping let us know.

wasn't the bottom half of her skirt white? O.o and sweet! i'll up date my projects a bit more.

yep it was lol i just placed the textures of her top over the skirt and it came out like that. can be textured later. also here is Devaliah if you  can find someone who can rig her.

as you can see she has a few textural errors. think i can fix them but we need to find someone to rig the model.

i found out how to fix most of the texture glitches with our rips. anything that is invisable typically is just a texture malfunction with the .DDS files. you can usually manually texture them.

also a pic for devaliah for reference for the bamf vampire chic:
9  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: 3D characters in Hanenbrow instead of 2D? on: May 18, 2013, 04:17:21 PM
sadly for hanenbow and flat zone, its hard coded into the stage. you'll have to port either over another stage for it to be 3d
10  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: article relocation on: May 18, 2013, 04:15:45 PM
hmm anyone have the instructionson how to do this thru hex?  brawlbox keeps crashing when i open zss's psa
11  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: article relocation on: May 14, 2013, 12:56:36 AM
2 Ways.

1). I think hex editing is possible to do this, but I'm unfamiliar with that method.

2). The newest version of BrawlBox can change the bone an article it's attached to. Open the Fitcharacter.pac, load it's moveset data, find the articles folder, find the article you want, and on the right side, you should see the bone it's attached to. You may want to refer to a bone list (list is in hexadecimal, and BrawlBox uses normal values. You'll need to convert them.) to get a better idea of what values you want.

wow method 2 seems a lot easier xD tho i think the support for ZSS is limited as she was specifically mentioned in the next release for added support, i'll try it out. ty for the speedy reply ^^

14  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: Need help with disc reading error on Wii please help on: March 21, 2013, 08:09:08 PM
if u update to the latest firmware on the wii (4.3) u can still rehack everything. if your going to use a usb loader try looking up cfg usb loader on youtube. they have a lot of tutorials for setting it up. tho make sure you follow them EXACTLY. if you don't u run the risk of bricking the wii. u should be fine if you follow the guides tho. also i've had the suspicion gecko actually makes the drive work harder tho never payed much attention to it. no idea about riivo.

What do you mean by a USB loader and DVD drive payment? And also, I was thinking of taking apart my wii and making some adjustments; I had found a site that had a tutorial for fixing your wii in that way... or just cleaning it some more before I try that.
Sorry I'm a real noob at this Tongue, but thanks for the tips!

usb drive allows u to place the disc's iso files on a usb device and play the game that way, altho it can be a risky set up. my wii drive went out in a similar fashion so i now use a usb loader. tho nintendo's method of playing dual layer discs (SSBB or metroid other m normally) is kinda lousy it works the laser harder so will burn out faster. i've found my wii will actually still play normal games but not dual layer ones. i'd check that before u do anything with a loader.
