Could you make it so i can switch between 2 modes btw? 1 as noted in the PM and the other 2-3 times the damage of the first mode? I would love to try and beat that XD

All I have to say about Sephiroth is that its unbalanced like every other PSA there is.
Anyone complaining about how unbalanced this is should really realize brawl itself isn't balanced, so demanding a fan to make a balanced PSA is ridiculous.

I personally liked it, and thought it was creative on how you got the wing in there.

I'm kind of confused by what people mean by "make him by how he plays normally"

Sephiroth is only playable in Dissidia...

I agree, people want balanced everywhere and for what? Pesonally i like this alot, so i'm keeping this until there is a OP version around.

Mewtwo, you should include the brstm for Ganonondorf's Tower.

Can someone tell me why every time I log in or out of this site I get a blank page, and when I refresh the browser it asks if I want to resend the information or something, and then it's fine. It's really annoying that I always have to put up with it; is there anything I can do?

never had that actually and i tried it in 3 different browsers.

PAL users are left behind in codes and such.

PAL CANNOT have giga bowser, wario man or the alloys nor the pokemons split up.
and indeed common3.pac is the item package of the disc.

Only mods and admins can do that. Mods can do 1 a day and admins can add as much as the like.

dont worry about the OP version, after all, he is sephiroth, and he will be badass no mather how balanced it is XD

I ment an actual very OP version. As in 25% damage a hit or something. I want a broken version XD

IMO i say keep the laugh. I love to have a laughing taunt and it saves you some work. Also, could you make an OP version aside the normal one? I'm a sucker for OP movesets and this is 1 i want an OP off xD

He's already going to, but the non broken one comes first, due to request.

Also, I say Hollow should make it different then Ganon's laugh, something more... Calm, but still a laugh.
