Morrigan looks much better suited over Zelda's bones now. You did an amazing job. Great work. I can't wait until you release it.

I think if you make Morrigan skinnier, she would fit in much better. Zelda is very skinny herself, while Morrigan is big boned. I like that she has thick thighs because she's a fighter.. its more realistic. But, we're trying to make her fit Zelda here so we're going to have to adjust her accordingly. Her arms are really thin but the rest of the body is much chunkier.

Places that I feel should get a size reduction:
-breasts (I originally preferred that she gets smaller breasts simply because its proportional)
-waist
-hips all the way down to the calves

You're doing a great job given that its hard to make it match Zelda since they're both proportionally different.

As for which model to work with.. the one on the left. Her face isn't as round and squished. Her upper torso allows her legs to be slightly longer without it being noticeable.

Yeah. If possible, scale it rather than just making her shorter. She won't look proportional if her height was just shortened. But I realize her arm length is already the perfect match. Hmm.. I guess just keep Morrigan's arm elongated and see how that goes.

Akuma Akuma Akuma Akuma Akuma !! Over Ganon Ganon Ganon !! You have no idea how long I've waited for it.

One more thing. It appears that either Morrigan has long legs or that Zelda has short legs, either way I'm going to have to either resize some bones or resize some legs.

To make it simpler, Would everyone want a wi-fi safe version with no bone edits or a perfect version that dysncs wi-fi? I could also make both if it is really wanted, but I will need to know soon so I can start the rigging process.

Please don't modify the bones. I really want to use Morrigan over Zelda without modified bones. I've honestly been waiting for this for a while. The moment I heard about successful model imports, I instantly thought Morrigan over Zelda and Akuma over Ganon (models from MvC3/UMvC3).

I feel that the Akuma's teleports should be his rolls instead.

Edit: I actually have a whole moveset in my mind. I thought about this around January'ish.
