I went into the AsfSakiBrres.pac file and replaced Saki with a different model but it still shows up as Saki in game. I'm running the latest version of Project M.

The file is also placed in the correct location on the SD card (E:\projectm\pf\item\saki) so I'm not sure what the problem is...

I've been working on a Dark Samus PSA for a while now. I guess the origins go back to Nuke's Dark Samus, then to Crony's, and now I'm heavily modifying them. Changes include custom animations, graphics, and I've changed basically every single move's hitboxes, lag, etc. in addition to her attributes. I guess my proudest modification is changing her stance, to me it looks exactly like it does from the Echoes Logbook lol. But the Wait animation needs work. So far I've got her Phazon Scattershot, Phazon Divebomb, Siphon Beam, and Dash attack from Echoes Corruption. Trying to keep the PSA as authentic to the Metroid Prime games.

Some facts:

-Port over Marth (done by batman64)
-Uses actual Phazon texture from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
-no known errors! yay there is an easily fixed throw glitch that can happen randomly
-CSS and in game portraits done
-plan to modify her audio once PSA is complete

-To anyone knowledgeable in Special Move coding and if you like Dark Samus... come on board the project  Grin there are many things to be worked on!

Guess this is just a showcase and if anyone is interested in animation and graphic editing that would be fab.

Has anyone released a tool to convert between the two? I would very much like to convert some .anim files to chr0 to be able to play around with in Brawlbox... anyone have any info on this? Thanks.

I suggest someone continue working on the Dark Samus PSA I've began. I've taken batman64's take on Crony's Dark Samus (which I believe borrowed heavily from Nuke's Dark Samus) and I'm tired :-(. I don't have the coding knowledge to implement all of the ideas I want (hovers, different special moves in air, etc.) though.

I've gone ahead and worked on some animations and imported Tabuu's graphic effects onto the pac file, but if someone skilled enough in PSA would want to continue working on the project that would be awesome :-D I tried to implement some animations that Dark Samus does from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (such as her wait pose). I think the current Dark Samus PSA's are all very cool but they need a revamp since she's featured in Smash Wii U. Plus Dark Samus is totally awesome. Preferably she'd fit in a Project M environment somewhat.

If anyone wants to collaborate on improving Dark Samus, shoot me a PM! I'll send the latest pac and motion files right on over.

Can someone help me out? I'm trying to edit a Dark Samus made over Marth using the BrawlEx engine. Here's the link with a description:

My questions are...

-What programs do I need to start editing the file?
-what does brawlEx allow me to change that Brawlbox and psA doesn't let me?
-how can i make a model import for Samus work well with this custom moveset over Marth?

What I ultimately want to do is clean up the animations, modify the attributes and hitboxes in PSA, and make a model import of Dark Samus originally for Samus work over Marth i.e. this particular download. Is this a doable project? I think the existing Dark Samus is a great template but it needs a lot of polish IMO.

I also want to edit the SFX somehow (via Sawdz I believe?) but that's a task for another day.

Bunch of other questions i have at the moment but these are the main ones.
