46  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: DSX8 stuff! SmashU Miiverse Released + 2 updates... 07/26 on: July 26, 2015, 02:55:29 PM
Duck Hunt is looking nice! I'm going to assume that there won't be any lag like some of the higher poly stages, because it looks pretty low poly to me.
This may sound weird, however, I'm just asking this question to gain a little knowledge.
I've seen you mention adding vertex colours and I'm not exactly sure what that is. I don't need help with anything I just wondered what it was and what purpose it served.

"Yes" Does not answer "How?" Did you use WiiScrubber? Gecko? What method?
I don't think that's the problem here.

Only models that are specifically made to work over that slot will work on it. "Fitpurin02" is a very strange file, it is Jigglypuffs only slot that uses articles. That means it has to get information from a secondary file to work properly.
EDIT: I have looked into more of modules. Marth is the ONLY one that doesn't have an article! thats old news but he doesn't have a soArticleMediator.
you might say "jiggzlypruff dozn't haf articrul Duuuh" but Jigglypuff has actually ONE article (Jigglypuff Green Sleephat) so its using soArticleMediator.
So, FItpurin02 has an extra model, bones, and shadow that none of the other Jigglys have -
So what is the point of me telling you all of this junk? The more you know!
As for solving your problem try this fix and tell me if it works.

Thanks to Mewtwo2000 for how to fix this.

Awesome work! This has some really nice textures. I especially love the TP Zelda recolour, Samus, and Deity Link is the bomb (did you make all these textures)?
Anyways, read that Big Boss Snake crashes, he does for me at least (Hackless version). I did a little experiment and tried using PM 3.6b Big Boss and he seems to work without crashing. I didn't know if this had been fixed yet, so here's a link in case anyone wants to see if it fixes their crashing. I made some textures for it really quick.

P.S. I wanted to check out the credits, however, I can't seem to view them. I'm not sure if Dropbox doesn't consider that a "public" link or if I'm just being dumb. Cheers!

... if ur gonna use smashville or shadow moses island/spear pillar... ur gonna need to replace the 5 stage files with the same file of the stage... same with shadow moses and spear pillar.

thats how i got suzaku castle running on shadow moses island~
My problems isn't .rel porting, I've already got the stage working over Shadow Moses. My problem is that I can't change the stage lighting to reflect the time of day I want. When I alter say the C_light1 to anything but what RGB it's set to by default it crashes.
50  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: SSBB HD Stages Remastered and more on: July 22, 2015, 12:49:00 AM
It could perhaps be due to the filesize limit..? This will probably be pretty off-topic but I made a hack over Snake.

When I renamed a bone.. it crashed, but I fixed it when I tried to resize some textures. You should maybe try that too.

Edit; Otherwise it could be that the stage doesn't work over Smashville or Shadow Moses (if you tried it over one of them).
I haven't tried it over Smashville or Shadow Moses, because it's crashes using its original .rel. As for file size I can 100% confirm that's not the problem. The original size is only about 500kb and it crashes. With all the HD textures it has been working fine, however, the file size is about 1000kb now. It crashes exclusively when I change the lighting colour. To stay on topic here's little picture showing what and HD cloud looks like.

No problem, they only took a second to make. I just posted them in case you didn't have time to make yours for a while.
So, I thought it would be cool to make a version of Yoshi 64 over Smashville or Shadow Moses. That way I could have different times of day, however, when I went to change the stage lighting it crashes the stage. I've changed stage lighting on other stages just fine, but this one crashes every time for no reason. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? If so let me know.

So, I made these really quickly in case somebody wants to use them. They're not great, however, they'll do until someone else makes so better ones.

53  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: SSBB HD Stages Remastered and more on: July 20, 2015, 05:50:36 PM
Great stage! I just tried it and It's awesome, I love the Kihunters they're awesome. It's a little busy, however, that's probably because the past three weeks I've almost exclusively been playing Yoshi 64 (it's a pretty calm and mundane stage).

P.S. I almost forgot that also liked the metal technique you used. I always just use a SpecMap, so I'll have to try using projection sometime.
54  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: SSBB HD Stages Remastered and more on: July 19, 2015, 01:20:11 PM

It's done... if there's no need to make changes.
So, Nintendo decided to use the exact same UV mapping for the old stage as the new one if I understood correctly... Lazy Nintendo!

I wanted an opinion on something that has to do with Yoshi 64. Do we like the new floor texture? I wanted it to look really clean and geometrical, however, I want to make sure I don't lose the "feel" that the original had.

No texture is being left out, I'm making sure I redo them all. Yes I know that the first ring looks to thin I'm going to redo it.

Update Time! Note to anyone who might read this... if you ever want to make seamless horizontal lines... DON'T!
Just a small update to show the new floor and a little bit of work I got done on the hook latch. Hopefully I'll get this done soon so I can work on some other stuff.

Update Time! Yoshi's Story 64 HD is progressing nicely, after I had an issue that took an entire day to fix. The transparency wouldn't display properly on anything except the Fruit tree, the heart had weird semitransparent artifacts all around the edge. I think the problem was that the material was set to "Destination Alpha" instead of "Source Alpha", whatever that means.
57  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: SSBB HD Stages Remastered and more on: July 15, 2015, 11:53:38 AM
That's going to look awesome! I love stages with moving things like that, it makes them much more fun to play on. So, on a much less impressive note here's some progress on Yoshi 64. I still have quite a bit of work to do though.

P.S. You're making me want 3dsmax even more.
58  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: SSBB HD Stages Remastered and more on: July 14, 2015, 08:02:07 PM
Man that FD Brinstar looks good! I love anything to do with Metroid so I'll definitely be downloading that.
I assume you used 3dsmax redesign the level, because I know you can't do anything like that in Brawlbox.

P.S. Would you mind if I posted a pic over here of how Yoshi 64 is going?

Ah, I dunno. I'm PAL so I don't have PM.
Dang, I didn't even think about PAL users. Would you be willing to test out PM's Yoshi's if I send you just that one stage (so you don't have to download Project M 3.6 in its entirety)? I wouldn't want PAL users to get left out.

This is great. Is it the one by Mewtwo2000 or?
It's the one from Project M 3.6, so I thinks it's.
