1  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: Cinematic Final Smahes - Next: Sonic On Hold. Will do Mario Next on: August 30, 2012, 09:08:27 AM
Hmm.. Mario's seems like a rather tricky one to come up with the cinematic for. If you could somehow make get him to hit a ? block and grab a flower then use the attack, that would be amazing.

Also, this is a minor change to make his FS a little bit better, but could you have the enemies either slow-mo or stop in general while the fireball is coming at them? It's way too easy to dodge otherwise, lol.

I think it'd be safe to apply the changes to both the FitMotionEtc.pac and the FitCharacter.pac files.

Can you elaborate on what exactly you mean?

The FitZelda and FitSheik pac files go in their respective folders from /fighter

The fitmotions are put in the common.pac and in the same folder as the fitxxxxx.pac.

Currently, I have the files in question set up as follows:

root/brawlmods/custom2/Fighter/Zelda
- FitZelda.pac
- FitZelda[01-04].pac & .pcs
- FitZeldaFinal.pac
- FitZeldaMotionEtc.pac

root/brawlmods/custom2/System
- common.pac
- common3.pac
- ef_common.pac

In the common.pac, I have opened it with brawlbox , right clicked the FitZeldaMotionEtc.pac, and replaced it with the same one that is inside  the Zelda folder.

Still doing the same thing...
Is my common.pac in the wrong folder?

actually, they are supported. they're just in a different location.

Is this also why I can't place any Sheik or ZSS PSAs into folders without getting it to freeze when I select them?

Also, where is the common.pac file, and is that the exact name?

Edit: Found the common.pac and modded the file. Not sure if it answers about my Sheik and ZSS PSAs yet though.

Edit 2: Nevermind... Still doesn't work properly, and has the same problem as before. Guess I'll probably just have to leave out Zelda/Sheik + Samus/ZSS in the zoomins.

I am having some problems with Sheik and Zelda...

The other ones all work great and look amazing.
As for Sheik and Zelda... they pull out the arrow, while zoomed in on them, but do not shoot anything. It seems like the arrow is trying to fire, but is stuck or something. At pointblank range, the arrow does 3% (ish) and gives the lagged knockback, but with pretty much no distance.

In case it matters, I am using Riivolution (Though all of my other ones work, and I've had mods on Zelda before)

Well, my cousin recently ended up deleting all my wii's save files, so it isn't that, lol. As for my csp/icon... where do I change it? I tried getting rid of common5 and common3, and I don't have any pac files inside my other folders, so I'm not sure how to fix it.

Any idea what with the save file would be causing it? I'll take a look at my csp/icon stuff and try to change that all to default for now.
8  Help & Tutorials / Help / Charizard problems on Riivolution on: June 10, 2011, 02:07:22 AM
Hey everyone. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem/knows how to fix this...

I've had this problem ever since I started using riivolution, but before I started to, it worked fine.

When anyone clicks on Charizard (or pokemon trainer since it contains charizard), my game instantly makes a loud buzzing noise and I have to restart the console. This happens every time I try to.

I looked in my brawlmods folder, and there is no pokelizardon files of any kind in there, so no charizard mods of any kind.

So, does anyone know how to fix this? I want to fix it so random can be used again and I really want to try some of the charizard psas.

Also, there are some psas that do not work at all. Although they worked when I wasn't on riivolution. Mainly any for ZSS, or Shiek.

@Segtendo

That worked! Thanks so much Cheesy I now have riivolution up and running again. Now to get all the new PSAs that came out while I was unavailable to use them.

Sorry to res a dead thread, but I didn't think it was necessary to make another thread with an additional problem. I have no mods for charizard, not even a texture, and yet my game freezes when he's selected. Is there a motion file to fix this? Also, any solution to the problem stated earlier?
11  Help & Tutorials / Help / Accidental update... on: December 01, 2010, 04:36:15 AM
Hey everyone. I am needing help with a problem.. (I'm not sure where this thread should go, since it's more involving wii mods in general than actual brawl mods)

Recently I installed  USB Loader, removing the Trucha bug and getting everything to work problem. Then I found an application called "Region Mod" which can be used to modify what region your wii is. I only switch what region my WiiShop channel is to Japanese, which it said shouldn't cause any problems. So I click on my now changed region'd WiiShop, and it asks to update... I accidentally clicked yes...

Now, my riivolution, USB Loader, and pretty much every other mod has stopped working. When I try to run/patch/uninstall riivolution or any other hack related program, it gives me a ret -1035 error.

Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

13  Help & Tutorials / Help / Riivolution PSA Compatibility Help on: September 22, 2010, 05:21:56 AM
Hey everyone. I have a quick question that I'm hoping there is an answer to.

I have noticed that there are some PSAs that do not work on Riivolution. (Echo Blade Shiek, Motoko Kusanagi and some others.)

My question is:
Is there a quick/easy/any way to change a PSA to being riivolution compatible?

I tried looking at the code, but since I don't know anything about these hacks other than where they go, and a couple lines in PSA, I don't know how to fix it.
15  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: Riivolution freezes with some features... on: September 09, 2010, 01:51:38 PM
Once I get home, I'm going to try other PSAs to see if it is specifically those mods, or if its just those characters in general that won't work with my codes.

Edit: It seems that it works fine on other mods... can someone check if these mods work on their riivolution?
