Personally, I would REALLY like it if you continued with Saffron City and added attacking Pokemon. You could use Pokepark Wii models. Hell, I'll even help you! (as if you really need my help) xD

DEOXYS ! PLEASE ! I always wanted to have him in brawl, and I was so disappointed when I'm saw he was just an assist trophy. But will you use the vertex, or the pokemon model ?

The problem with the vertex, even if it is awesome, are Deoxys' "arms". They could not be as good animated as if the model would be used. But hey, it would still be awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to replace him over Lucario
I've only played with the version with the incorrect side smash tilts, so I don't know if this has been fixed, but I think his final smash requires some editing.
It's slowed down WAY too much. It needs to be a faster combo attack.
Also, opponents easily shield out of the last 3 hits, which tend to be the ones that kill.
Finally, I suggest removing the freefall after the final smash. All that causes is for VJ to kill himself if he misses, which is not very fun.
I've never played whatever game Viewtiful Joe comes from, so I could be wrong in that these need to remain to keep him in character, but these are a few suggestions if you revise.
Also, I really love the fast and slow! That was definitely a unique characteristic you added in to him.
Reason why it is that slow was a side effect of the Time Manipulation (which kind of how Viewtiful Joe's real "Slow" is). I set it to a point where they shouldn't have been able to move but it came with the side effect of slowing down Joe's hitlag as well (honestly, all the Offensive Collisions only have a Hitlag Multiplier of 1). That, and they can still move. Maybe I'll add some kind of stun flags to the last couple of hits.
Also, the Smashes have definitely been fixed now (and the Side Tilt too).

Yeah, it seems like Nemesis has the same problems as Predator when it comes to deciding on a character. Ganondorf is bigger and would probably have a better looking model but Snake has more fitting moves for the most part. It wouldn't really be Nemesis without the rocket launcher, you know? Another thing is that Nemesis' face is assymetrical because of the stitches. You could always use the crown for that but Snake's face can do that with just a texture since it isn't mirrored.
It would be so awesome... Besides, a complete PSA could be done for Nemesis on Snake
Just to say that it is the best PSA ever made until now. I don't know really good Viewtiful Joe (I only played a few times the first), but I really love the PSA. You did a perfect work. I can't wait the clone engine to be done !
I wonder, are you planning on doing some revamps? With the new Vertex Hacking method, you could improve quite a bunch of your Vertex Hacks, Link. =P
I do plan on revamping all of my ToS characters as well as some other ones, don't worry But first I want to get one more character in. Toon Link hates being edited. <.<
my guess: the assist trophy looks good... this means, that even if u use these textures it might look good. u dont need to stretch the texture, cant u make luigi's texture smaller? of course keep the proportions
I really doubt I'm going to end up using the assist trophy's texture, as a whole at least.
Hey, just wondering, do you plan on getting someone (or doing it yourself) to do a PSA for waluigi?
I'm not making a PSA myself, but if someone wants to make one, then go right ahead. My next version will include a motion file to resize him for one slot though.
