Open your brsar in Smashbox and check the group after the group you replaced (like if you replaced Mario's voice, then you should check Link's as snd_group_chara_link is under snd_group_chara_mario). If none of the elements contained by it can be opened (or Smashbox displayed errors after opening the brsar with it), the pack you've inserted was wrong. Also, make sure the region matches (NTSC packs can't be used with PAL and vice versa).

is that all probably to jiglys ic constants? did you tryed with the code that changes all ic constants?
As I mentioned, I don't want to use codes and I wouldn't edit it so it's Jigglypuff compatible if I don't get it to work without them. But now I think I may edit those SFX ids, as it wouldn't be perfect anyway (external GFX).

edit: It works only in training mode. More glitches with V2.
- Article sphere does not show up.
- New 3-step F-tilt does not work well.
- As mentioned, T-stance jab.
To sum it up, I'm not doing anything with this.

It was said many times that FortWaffles' program does it's job not really correct and new BrawlBox can't read that.
