And inserting ready .sawnd file does not require you to fill any fields.

In Sawndz 0.1 you don't operate on offsets anymore. With the help file you should be able to insert both of those.

And one more thing: on BrawlVault there is no Mewtwo over Jigglypuff pack. Using packs from other characters will simply not work.

They shouldn't, when you have a .sawnd file, everything is already defined. What you have in Group ID field is ignored.

You open Sawndz and click the Help button. Everything is right there.

In smashbros_sound.brsar, there are many empty sounds which, when selected in SmashBox, cause divide by 0 error.

Probably the author of the .sawnd you used just didn't fill the empty sound.
