Wii does not support HDMI cables and outputting HD video by standard. It must be upscaled.

FitPeach.pac (without numbers) should be from your region.

If you're NTSC and you're using PAL ones, you'll get no character sounds.

Dolphin emulator is the way to get HD quality.

When you open a Brawl ISO in WiiScrubber, there are multiple partitions. Delete every single one with exception of two first ones.
Then click on the partition 1 (Data partition, partition 0 is update partition which you don't touch now) with right mouse button, click Resize Partition and copy the Maximum value to the Current field. Click OK.

Delete data partitions that contain masterpieces, then expand the partition 1. It will give you a lot of free space and it won't break the game.

Anyway, replacing smashbros_sound.brsar should not require more space, as these files always have the same size, even if hacked.

Get rid of masterpieces.

The reason why it seems not to work is that there were not too many voices replaced in the packet. Many samples are left unmodified.

In any version of Sawndz that supports inserting hex packets you have to have your smashbros_sound.brsar in the same directory as the program. Copy 1085C20 into "Offset of beginning" field. Click insert and choose Sepiroth.hex file. Now it's inserted.

Next offset for Ganon's wave 47 from 0x247 is 0x3B840.

It's the same as Data 2 Offset of the 'group' that comes after 0x247, 0x128.

If you want not to use Sawndz, use Stickman's or VILE's guides.

Try 31CC0 as next wave offset.

Haven't tested that, though.

Actually, that brings up an interesting point. Isn't US->JPN porting easier than US->PAL? o_o
Yes. Probably because of all the additional language data.

New costumes slots, even if not as awesome as the clone engine, are still great.

I'm looking forward the release.

Melee's clones and clone engine clones are two completely different concepts.  For one, Melee clones were characters claiming to be new ones but they clearly weren't.  They were a waste of a slot.  The Clone Engine means that you get an exact duplicate of an already existing character.  At the moment, it just works for replacing (i.e. porting Ike) which means that you can have multiple hacked characters that use Ike as a basis (i.e. Cloud+Naurto+Ike etc) whilst getting rid of useless characters.  As time progresses, they may even be able to add entirely new characters (this is unlikely though due to file constraints)
Hey, aren't the file constraints the problem of Gecko?

(if not, please correct)

There may be hope just yet, then.
If it was that simple, it probably would have been done dozens of times already.
Clone Engine I don't give a crap about (clones were removed in Melee, why are we adding them back AGAIN after complaining about them?), Stage Roster Expansion is meh (The only stages I've wanted to hack were Pictochat, Hanenbow, and all the Melee stages except Big Blue, and I've set up Riivolution to change a specific stage on Hanenbow so I can change a stage when I want to), File Patcher Code is fail (Hi Riivolution doing a better job at it), Alloys are a joke (OH GOODIE I CAN PLAY WITH B-ATTACKLESS CLONES... would be better to just port the models to the original characters), and PSAs being silent are the least of my worries (Makes Max Onslaught much less annoying, and Gray Fox much more epic).
To have no barriers while installing Brawl hacks, you HAVE to get NTSC-U.

Sad.

And you clearly don't know what Clone Engine is really for. (personally, I believe this stuff will never ever get finished, but hopefully I'm wrong)
