This is an Article Floating Point Editor, this was made to make PSA Articles editing simple and easy without the hassle of using an hex editor to do very simple task such as making Samus missiles move faster, or making luigi's fire balls last longer.

Okay, the Update is complete, with a whole revamped design.

All Missing Found Articles have been added.

Articles have been reorganazined, and set into Tables.

Bugs from the previous version have been fixed.

.Pac files don't over write now, and instead are now saved into the "EditedFiles" folder. This way unwanted mistakes are a simple fix.

Degrees, and Radians  values have been fixed.

A newly added CustomFloatingPoints.txt : for  organizing of found information about Articles.

A New "Update" Key, that uploads new articles from the OpenSA Source page.

Updated Credits/About

Data Splitter has been changed from "-" to "l"

Two short-cut keys are added for fast scrolling  to move to next/previous Offset. "w - for scrolling up" and "s - for scrolling down"

Note: To save changes you have to press "Enter" after inputting the change.

Does anyone know how to make a brawl music file that over laps all the other music, like when someone gets the Starman and the music changes, and ends when the starman dies out.

Why Brawl Mods will never be Balanced?
Simple enough the answer is, "Because it's a Mod"

But who wants it to end there, no it shouldn't end there.

Balance = A state of equilibrium or parity characterized by cancellation of all forces by equal opposing forces.

Mod'ified = To change in form or character


Brawl Mods, are just that "A Mod"

What is a Mod? A tempered system, or an engine.

What is a Brawl Modder?, an Hacker.

What do hackers do? They Cheat!

Brawl or vBrawl as Hacker like to call it, is as "Balanced" as it's going to get. Nothing anyone does, will ever balance brawl.

This is what the creators of Brawl Minus, and Project M (Previously - Brawl Plus) must have saw, and no matter how close they get, that it will always be rejected by the pure fans of the original.

Even fans of Brawl can't come up with great ideas to balance the game, because once you change one thing, you have to change another.

Then it becomes different, once you change something in brawl it's not Brawl any more, it is now a  Mod.

The only true balance in Brawl, is no balance at all. Because in every fighting game there will always be better characters then others.

The project plan

Speed - My whole problem with brawl was the lag, and the aerial momentum of characters, this is now fixed and improved for better control over characters, and all Character running speed have been adjusted to be slight faster.

Combo's - I've added a enough hit-stun to make Super Smash brothers "64" type combo's possible, with the added speed of characters combo's shouldn't be a problems.

Enjoyment - This Mod of Brawl can be enjoyed by smasher fan of "64" "Melee" and "Brawl"


Change list -

   - All attack animation have less or no lag (Landing lag is the same)
   - Hit stun increased for better combo's (Trying to find a prefect fit between
           64 and Melee)
   - Faster falling speed
   - Very Slightly increased running speed
   - Character sizes -0.1
   - Weight -25
   - Momentum capture
        - Old L-Cancel Code (Wanting a 64 version of this code)
        - No Body Collisions (Even when thrown)
        - No Power Shielding
        - Slower Shield Recharge
        - Jab Lock Fixed
        - No Footstooling
        - Auto Jab Removed
        - Walljump height does not decrement
        - Dodging and Air Dodge are 1.5 faster
        - Can Special Cancel From Place Dodge after invincibility frames end

Note - All these changes came with the idea of increasing the game play, and speed of the game.

This this the Clean Version of OverDrive which is now 95% complete, there will be another version with some slight changes to the special attacks, and for Sonic a new Side-B he doesn't need two Spin dashes.

If you have any ideas for any changes to special attacks please post them, as long as it's not totally a completely new special attack that wont take a ton of coding i might use the idea.

I've Fixed all the glitches i could find if you find anything i missed please post it.

- How to Wave Dash

PSA Wavedash is Different from Melee's Wavedash

To Wavedash you Hold the Shield Button, and Hit the 'C' Stick Left or Right.

But Thats Doing it the "Wrong!' way.

To do it the 'Right!' way you must release the Shield Button as you hit the 'C' Stick

Easy Right ^_^

I finally fix the problem with the ledges! XD, so now you can wavedash off ledges now! ^_^

I want to take a shot at an 'Fire Sonic' PSA, but I don't know if you guys have rules about this kind of stuff, so I just wondering, because after finishing my first Sonic PSA, I think I can use what I have now, and work it into a Fire Sonic.

In Request / Idea's people are starting to ask for PSA hack / with model hacks, and it's getting quite annoying.

Can someone make a section for 'model's' for these guys, I only work with PSA currently, Brawl Box is just a handy tool for animation swapping for me. I'll leave that to someone else.

My First Completed - Sonic The Hedgehog PSA Hax!!

I worked on this for originalburch, and other who need a Sonic who didn't wipe the floor everyone.

I had much help from those of 'kc-mm' forums, and credit goes to them, and originalburch for ideas, and tips.

Hope you like the results, and point out anything that needs to be done, with Feedback Please.



Change List

Can cancel into any move into AA combo before the third A

Forward Tilt swaped with F-Throw animation. (Added movement)

Up Tilt swapped with U-Smash

D-Smash swapped with D-Taunt

D-Air now spike (Bounces off for better recovery)

Side-B (Mach Speed) " Speeds you across the stage while holding in any direction, stop by not moving, can input 'any' attack while moving, inculding smash attacks." n_n

Air Side-B (Mach Attack) "Can be use for quick movement in the air, has hit box at the begin of the animation, use for better recovering."

Up-B "Can Cancel into an aerial attack at any moment"

Nuatral-B "Can cancel recovery spin if hit, make for faster repeat attacking, or attacking out of it."

I Just find great remixes of the original and replace any SSBB music I didn't like, unless I found a better version.

If I can't fight to it, it get's removed.
