Partially. Most textures won't work if you just make everything on them transparent, and they'll be completely black.
The material type change is a way to avoid this, but it affects every part of the texture.
Just a warning.

@Guamboy27: That thing's pretty buggy. I'd either manually hex it, or change the materials with the textures in them to type 3 (no sides showing, meaning invisible).

I'd probably go with the second option.

Mewtow2000 is pretty much the only one who knows about fog editing.

Use Link's Navy taunt, change the ball texture to green, and make the wings a transparent texture. That should do it.

Okay, you'll want to make a new Character Animation in the modeldata that the model is in. Then preview the model, open the left and right tabs, choose the bone that will move the entire stage (either the top one listed, or it will be called, like, stage_ALL or something) in the left tab, the new animation on the right, then go to the rotation Y box and change that value to 180.

Putting into Mewtwo's stages is a good investment, as the cookie rate tends to rise by quite a bit.
