I'm getting tired of waiting for TSG's release Im srs here
the previous one has a save error that's fixed the next one,
bu the next one also adds bones the proper way

The beta version works just fine, it just takes a lot of trial and error to get the bones in the correct place. I used it to fix Nel's bone structure back when she was over Wario.

is bone tree editing done at least BJ?? :/

No that was fixed a long time ago.

The only part left, and the hardest part, is calculating all the values that you see on the right when you click on a node. Right now, those values are incorrect and not allowing export or save to work.

You can't just replace the model and textures and get it to work perfectly. You're gonna have to go through a lot more steps... Look at snoopy's model importing thread

Yeah, in every animation, on the first frame, change the scale of a bone that affects the whole model. If you only do it for animation 0, then it won't apply in game.

Glad I could help Cheesy Just make sure you don't have any 1 frame animations, or it will freeze.

I've never gotten that program to work correctly without it messing up polygons. If you want to resize a model, you have to do it in the animations...
