I feel the Spirit Bomb should have a bit more effects and shake a bit before exploding, as it looks very static right now.
dont worry there will be more effects and shake just have to get control the direction on the spirit bomb to work first xD
aswell as better hitboxes so the charaters stays inside the spirit bomb onces they get hit
I'd say either have the spirit bomb shake or perhaps fluctuate in size a little bit.
its perfect in size (it was abit bigger in the old version) but in this version you can control the spirit bomb so it has become abit smaller for balance reasons

Not final result but this is how spirit bomb FS will work now:


and that star/shine like GFX before throw spirit bomb and where the spiritbomb or(if filesize for it) dragonfist is gonna to be
and Dragonfist will work like one of master hand´s attack where he coming from the background as a Fist
also goku no matter what way he is facing he teleport to the background

also its the .gif that makes the FS to look super fast

N-B also got Revamped and not just in Looks
but also in the way it works

Before: the kamehameha wave had 10x Multihits 1%/2%/3%
but if you only hit a charater with like 1-2 hits of the way kamehameha will only dmg 1-2%/1-4%/3-6% dmg

Now:
the first charater you hit and that charater gets hits for 5 times (lets say low charged N-B = 10% dmg)
so it will hit 4x1% dmg and last hit will be 6% dmg

or if that charater gets hits for 2 times
it will be 1x1% dmg from multihit and last hit will be 9% dmg

so now it the first charater N-B hits will always gets 10%/20%/30% dmg(sometimes 1%/2%/3% lower)

and also i code a homing attack (kinda) but only as teleport and for Goku instant transmission (if SSJ/kaioken mode: instant transmission Kamehameha as down-B)

the move isn't done, but it looks pretty functional. will it have Lucario's Down-B graphic to make it look like instant transition? Does the move only work if you are hit on the ground? but in the air it works anywhere, similiar to sonic?
yes in Air its alittle like Sonic´s N-B
and on ground its alittle like lucario´s down-B

and in SSJ/Kaioken mode instead of a air attack you will be firing a Kamehameha(the weakest version of it) at the closest target

also can only be used onces until landing again
but still able to do up-B after

update on Goku:
Finnaly Finished the Homing like attack(it works as a counter attack on ground but if you get hit while in a pose you do the homing attack): if somebody is in range you teleport to them and do a Air attack(you can choose any Air attack but down) and SSJ/kaioken version of it(not finished that version of it yet)

and ends Kaioken if using it + you hurt youself for 15%

so will possible do a .gif or a video of how it kinda works later
since so many ppl have asked for it
also this will also explain why it only will look good as if it is a teleport like attack instead of like Sonic´s
maybe a Tut on how to make it later too
since its not really something in .rel/hex or anything just PSA coding so should work over any charaters

now just FinalSmash,N-B,the SSJ/Kaioken System thingy left to code
and then revamp some animations in maya(since goku still have afew onces that you can clearly see is made in brawlbox)
and then Face animations for like dmg face/happy face(mainly on wins/taunts) and so on
and also rig the mouth on the model aswell as fix the normals on head
and for the ppl who hate brawl styled textures as i said i will do him cel shadered too(no black outline since its too big filesize) on each outfit but not on the custom onces like jacket goku/crossover outfits

also i do Vegito/Gogeta for the moveset aswell
not sure if face rig or not
but possible mouth rig

this one i dont have any Anime styled texture for the Cel shadered versions of the models i will make since i making both brawl styled/BT3 styled textures so this one will possible only be brawl styled at release

Cell/Buu saga(possible will be the main costume and i know you thinking it looks just like beyondyou and yes it does but not model wise since i took a unedited DBZ BT3 model and rigged it and KTH made UVs for it aswell as afew textures changes so its better rig&model wise):

so he can have his serious look when he battles or hurt face or happy face all done by using only 1 face polygon+1x animation
and normal/SSJ1,3,4,god parts of the head is just retextures of each other
also ignore the black on eyebrows since 3ds max can´t use texture transparent
also planing on do this to Gotenks update since he is possible the one DBZ charater that needs most the face rig
vegeta does not really needs it since he always look angry and buu maybe dont need it too

and ofc Gogeta/vegito alts for goku moveset will have facerig too
and i do crossover alts after the PSA coding is done since they should be easy to do they dont needing any texturing skills
maybe alittle UV for save filesize on textures but that kind of UV editing i can easy do

haha, not the time to be making requests mirage xD ...haha, but hey, MDK, tbh, the only reason i've even been browsing the forums here ever since i got PM and brawl minus is because i thought your DBZ, SMBZ, and luffy movesets were gonna be worth being in their own mod pack Smiley I loved the last goku moveset, and the buu one and vegeta and gotenks and everything, and after i heard you were updating them, and what your ideas were, i thought that damn, these need to have their own pack.. the ideas are awesome, and i loved seeing previews whenever i came on, and i didn't wanna comment cause i didn't wanna end up breaking any kind of flow, but i really hope you don't end up quitting on goku for textures Sad i actually thought that out of all your hacks, goku V1.5 already had an awesome texture, and felt like it belonged in brawl. and yeah, i did notice at some point that his head(s) was(were) separate from the rest of the model, but it still felt brawl styled and like it fit Smiley and i don't mind the need to use lower quality models like that broly one from calikingz, as long as the moveset is fun or original, someone will eventually make one Smiley maybe after you release the moveset with some texture you don't like and people start playing it, someone will ask you if they can make their own, or maybe a small group, or maybe someone will give you something you need to fix it and you can re-release it later.... ....point is, it's awesome what you're doing, and i'm sure you'll be surprised if you at least decide to release it, even if you also decide you have to quit the moveset too...
was thinking on making a modpack
but then brawl vault made so you can upload modpacks
and then all these modpacks with crap google images as CSPs,all kind of random model imports no matter what texture style no matter how bad there were(aswell as movesets)
that got in the modpacks here is all about adding as much stuff as possible instead of getting  quality in the modpacks
i will prefer to only have maybe afew extra slot only instead of max extra slot you can get if there is quality in that modpack
so i lost motivetion on making a modpack

I think you should make a Little Mac psa,no one has had the time to make it,i think it should resemble its 3DS moveset.
if you making Models,Animations,Moveset Coding,recolours and so on
so you will get little mac PSA

what this guy said... i honestly dont care if it uses its regular textures.. let the public to HD textures for it instead of asking. If you release it, there will be ppl who'll WANT to make brawl textures for it.
the only textures we getting now adays is recolours or a model import ripped from a game that already has its own texture from the game
and no matter how bad the textures is from that game its gonna stay on the model import´s release here is a good example:
"insert basely all DBZ Charaters model import that has not made by me,beyondyou,GBC/dot,KTH and that piccolo"

so if i release him with the anime look there is no hope in brawl styled goku for the new model

if i get the HD/brawl texture
i dont have to worry about that since its harder to get(or find ppl who can do them)
but its easy to get ppl to get him anime styled instead
i can easy see that has happen on some other movesets(even just model imports):

if good moveset/model but bad texture for it
the texture&model stay as it is until the maker of the moveset make the texture him/her self(i have tried texturing since day 1 i said im making goku v2 but failed  since i know this will be a problem and still trying but still does not look good)
i was lucky to find a good Gotenks/Majin Buu texture with good

but if the moveset/model gets a Brawl styled texture of some kind of anime/toon charater before release
the moveset/model will sure get a toon-ish texture for it
in just  afew days after its release

beside it has been for some time the moveset model for Goku has been uploaded on the first post now
+ i have been asked for brawl texture for goku
if there was 1 who want to do HD texture for it
i think atleast 1x PM from someone who want to do HD/brawl styled goku but non at all  


thats why i  think if i release it without brawl texture the model will not get brawl texture & UVs to get better result for it

but atleast KTH saved me but it still needs Arms(mainly UVs) , SSJ4 Parts(both texture & UVS)

cuz KTH got crashed with his photoshop/3ds
after he just finished Goku´s UVs&texture
he dont wanna do it again

and since i have tried but basely failed
I can´t do it

and since i had problems with just finding 1 person who could help me

so i guess Goku v2 is canceled for good now
im sorry not my fault all the good UV texture map makers &brawl textures has left or joined P:M team or dont got time

so i work on Luffy now (if i can get him to work)& the others i dont needing brawl styled textures for(since i already have it on them )
and after my WIPs i think i leave smash mobbing since i dont want to wait forever just to find one who can help me with textures

Progress on Luffy:
-His (pre timeskip) model is almost done
-timeskip model still needs to be rigged
-Needing to revamp & port the animations from the beta i having
-Port the PSA coding to the new model boneset
-then PSA the FS i have and he is already done

Progress on Goku:
-Brawl styled texture almost done(thanks KTH for getting UVs right and so on) just needing the arms and SSJ4 parts then i show previews of the models onces i got them ready ingame with the new SSJ1,3 hair shine
-"A" attacks & Throws(but down) is complete but needs some revamped animations on the new onces from v1.5 to v2
-Up-B,Side-B,N-B is really close to be done

only FSes,fixing "B" attacks, down-B, down-throw, SSJ/kaioken modes, and Brawlex/P:M versions back (P:M version will be even closer to SSBF2´s moveset then this moveset will be)

clash bomb can be over C4
since it can stick to other charaters too and snake himself
+ can possible be edited to have a timer instead of need of active
beat can be over up-B thing snake got
(unless you making rush up-B but beat is also offcial in smash 4 now)

i was planing to port megaman over snake cuz of these 2 things
but the PSA had to be over ness cuz some reasons that i not even know why
ask KTH why over ness
since i knew he will worked best over snake cuz of the C4
and maybe even use more articles to the AAA/N-Air/Side-tilt shooting and side-smash
It's too damn slow. Shooting the first Pellet from the Mega Buster takes 2 seconds when it should be taking 0 seconds.
thats a PSA glitch
i was trying to make it shoot as fast as possible but i also had to make it so you can go from using "AAA" to start walking while shooting and stop walking while shooting
like megaman moveset can right now

and that with too slow is cuz of the animations (i only made the up-B,afew edits for AAA/side tilt and Down-Air)

nope since working on luffy now
and progress is going good
just have to rerig the model i having with a better boneset for gum gum attacks
and port the animations to that boneset and port the PSA file+some small fixes for the moveset and done
i will release it as a beta and later update it so possible not a video for it (atleast not one as i did on megaman/SMBZ mario)  cuz of the animations i have now is not so good

i will do 2 year later luffy+before timeskip and 2 year later luffy will have his own GFX effects and model changers and so on so he can kinda get his own attacks but they will be the same attacks as on before timeskip+

just have to setup my wii again to use hacks so i can test it on a wii

only reason for goku/vegeta/gotenks will be release about same time
Is vegeta is half done with his update from a long time since and just found the files for it

Luffy Wins
Naruto would have won but as i said same problem as Goku and no news from the maker of a brawl styled naruto

so i will work on Luffy soon (or right after Goku if i get the textures soon)

and kinda Vegeta/Gotenks wins aswell cuz they are kinda easy to do
since i already have half done vegeta updates
just fixing/balancing and afew revamps needs on both
like SSJ1,3 transform for Gotenks(only model changer like vegeta´s scouter taunt)
and fix vegeta´s PSA file and Gotenks´s SFX pack

so
Vegeta v2, Gotenks v2, Goku v2 might be released about same time since two of them is like 1-2 day work on each
cuz i dont needing new animations/textures/models(but galick gun model/Ki blasts)
just PSA coding  on vegeta/gotenks
