Open that in BrawlBox, go to char_bust_text_lz77
then you have to know the number of the character. I think Sonic is MiscData[46]

Espio over Fox would make that easier. Anyways. Sonic's taunt is 120 frames long, while fox's teleport is 4 frames long. Only way to properly do it is ½ way during the taunt go from TransN 0 to TransN 53.### by locking all frames from the first half of the animation.
So how do I do that again XD sorry I'ma gonna need abit more detail than that X_X;'; On the pluss side, at least the attack works
Wait, does he have fox's Illusion trace with the move?
No the illusion trace is an external graphic for fox and co. Even if I got the animation for fox's side b working on sonic the psa work would be heavy to get it to look the same.
Maybe he just moves like two thirds across the stage lol in that same speed it'd look faster XP
Oh, also, do you use Riivolution or do you use Brawl+?
I'm not sure what I use, I used to have Brawl+, then I downloaded MASTERLINKX's custom brawl package and it changed a lot of things.
Anyway, if I'm correct, as long as you're using PAL I can make your Dark Sonic have a CSP and a victory portrait.
Depending on your means of the CSP. Do you mean the little icon when selecting on characters or the picture that shows up when selecting a specific character?
I can change the big picture when he's selected, just not the little one you select.
I had a friend fix his animation so it moved as far as fox's side B but now I need the actual animation itself(for his side taunt) to be 'faster' when it shows it in brawl. So it actually looks like he's actually moving fast as fox's side B
As for your other question, sorry I have US or is that pal? XP If you could tell me how to do that though and make the pic for me It'd make his hack a little cooler.

An "Oops" note: I ONLY did the right taunt o.O oopsy. I need to sleep for work so Atleast you got the distance. You can copy the distance from frame 120 and just add a - in front.
I just tried it out and it works, attack and all xD I need to make his animation 'move' faster though(like fox's) so mind telling me how to do that? If I can get the hitboxes and all working it'll be awesome, but the first problem is getting his animation to look like he's moving super fast.
Can you make a version of this that works for blender? I doubt it'd be that hard? Or maybe make a plugin for blender that supports collada, they do provide the source code of the program on the main site.
Blender supports Collada, Just not ais .dae files. ais converted .dae files will not work with Blender, So I'm still unable to edit vertices.
I'm gonna stick with donkybox 1.0.... for now at least....
OH! The "You're too slow" will move in the same distance of Fox's Blink? Also mind you the "left" and "right" taunts have animation locatoins... I think. I may need to relook at that....

Why not just replace the animation but keep him saying "You're too slow"?
Well there's really two reasons
1: Sonic already looks like he's running pretty fast in the first place during this particular animation 2: If possible turning off all the polygons on one frame and turning them back on on another frame would give the disappearing effect or possibly at least.

Hey, i has a quick request that'll probably take hardly any time at all (seeing how quick you did the peach punch) I just want sonic to move in/during his side taunt, like fox does during his side B(location wise) and maybe have him smirking or something, probably facing forward too.

lol my bad how about this. Sonic needs to actually "move" forward(or in the players case right) during the side taunt animation in the same distance as fox's side B animation. That make it simple enough?

The main problem is that he's set to curl up into the ball form when using Side B. To change things up, you could perhaps make this his side smash.
I like this idea better, also if you want to replace one of his spin attacks I'd change the down one, just because the side one is easier to change directions with in midair.
Actually, I was thinking Fox's side B on Sonic for his Side Smash.
Or the neutral B be him use it twice, once in the direction facing, and once to get back to the original position.
But sure, if you or NaruZeldaMaster wanna use the Down B or Side B as a side smash, go ahead.
okay, so I just replace the psa stuff in sonic's Down B with fox's(minus the sounds/graphics) and do the animation trick? Which animation in psa would I replace with the stuff though, there's like five different thingson sonic's B button X_X
