Is there anyway to edit a stage where the characters are flat and make them 3D?

I've been trying to get that beta stage from Melee that goes over the wifi stage. Even though it still appears in the vault it not avalable anymore. Does anyone have the normal sized version of this stage? If not, can someone make another copy. I love that stage!

Just a quick question. How do I fix his quills so they don't move with the bones? I've seen mods that do this.

How do I get rid of Sonic's blur effect on his run and Side-A attack? I'm making an animation hack and I want them gone...

Edit: I've got an add-on request... Can I completely remove Sonic's sphere and replace it will Sonic's spinning animation?

I'm trying to make a texture for Kirby using that one model where the texture stays in a fixed position like   but keep running into a problem. I'm trying to add transparency and make some of the body invisible but instead I keep getting a random texture thats not even in the textures in place of the transparency. What can I do?

Edit: I got it somewhat fixed but I still can't get transparency. I ended up improvising and made this.

I'm trying to edit my game's items but I have no idea where this "Common3" is... Can someone explain this to me?

This is something I've been trying to do for a while. Say if I wanted Peach with no crown and no sleeves, how would I transfer the vertex hack from one model to the other model if its the same characters?

This one is in need of a guide...

I have Select Screen Portraits, Battle Portraites, and Stock Icons but I can't figure out how to change the characters portrait on the after battle result screen... Can someone post a guide on how to do this?

I open up BrawlBox and create a new Bstrm so I can add music but I keep running into an error...

Everytime I open up a Wav file to set the loop point, all I get is a beep. The sound file isn't getting through, it just ends up as a 20 sample sound clip. What am I doing wrong? The Wav works perfect to this point...
