Please make the croc cap for scientist snake lol. I wish I knew how to model when I was working on it.

Also, do you know if those black things on the textured are supposed to be transparent or not? was confused about it when I was setting it up.
I'll try to make the croc cap lol.
Those are the buttons, yeah they are supposed to be transparent.

Had to redo Snake's jacket due to an error I had saved on accident a while back. Probably going to redo the texture on his arms and legs later.

Made jacket smaller as someone on Smashboards suggested, just have to fix holes and rig it in a way that the shoulders won't clip through.

Made an alt face, although I probably won't use it because of the model being really high poly already. When optimizing it I could only get it to 15000 polys, I know I need it to be less or around 10000 iirc. I decided to rig over Ganon.

I know where you're coming from, and there isn't a lot to work with regarding source material, but I definitely want her to look less like Lucas. I'm going to work on the face a bit longer and keep it in mind that she should look like her own character.

This is looking really awesome! If I may make a suggestion perhaps make her face a bit more feminine. I think it looks a bit too much like a boy still.
That's what I think as well, but I don't know jack about facial structure so I don't know where to start. I really want to fix that before anything else.

Kumatora's progress is pretty slow atm, I made her head bigger to make it less weird next to Lucas, but I think I'm going to have to make her torso bigger as well.

Don't worry about the rig being redone as that was just an easy skin-wrap job, when I get the proportions right I'll rig her correctly.

I re-did the boots and added her pocket.
