If you have the game just use the Wii file browser (forgot the name) and select data dvd when the disk is in, now look around in the files copy the file and paste it into your SD card. If you don't have the game go find it on teh warez sites.

The PSA doesn't need a pcs, but try just using brawlbox to save the texture pac as a pcs.

Yes it will because its longer than any other taunt in the game, unless you put it on the winning screen (that won't desync) but no one else will see it.
