i have my wii in english, then i'll try to put it in spanish, and if i put it in spanish i need to rename or redownload/renam the files that are [something]En.pac    to   [something]Sp.pac right?

... anyone? i put the Strap into ''RSBP>pf>menu>strap

and in the strap folder i puted StrapEn.pac

i turn on the game with riivolution and the strap does not work.

any suggestions?

The strap loader is placed into pf > menu > strap > StrapEn.pac

Are you using Riivolution or the File Patch Code? If you're using the PAL version of the File Patch Code, it's apparently buggy with CSPs and the like. If you're using Riivolution, mu_menumain needs to be named "mu_menumain_en.pac" and placed in "RSBP > pfmenu2" and common5.pac needs to be named "common5_en.pac" and placed in "pf > system".

If you're using the File Patch Code, I'd suggest switching to Riivolution since the PAL File Patch is a little limited.

  I iz unsatisfied.  But thank you for the whole Tutorial. Its just the xml for the brawl link doesnt work

i haved that problem too, but i have DAP (download accelarator plus) so i just right clicked the link and chosed ''download with DAP'' it was my only way to download the XML, try downloading DAP, hope this helps

ok, i installed riivolution, added the XML folders, i launch riivolution e enable file replacement and the game starts.
i select a character with texture hack and the game frezzes D: any sugestions?

EDIT: it's file patch code, sorry my mistake

EDIT: OMG I DID IT the problem was the Pac files .__. e delete them and everything worked perfectly, thanky you

Which one? The one for the Brawl file loading or Ocarina? As far as I know, I haven't had any other complaints about this. Are you sure it's the XML? Is it in the right location? Is Riivolution itself working?

so i installed everything i need homebrew, gecko 1.9, etc

my problem is this: when i try to go to the Album (for brawl installation) my wii crashes. =/

What are you trying to do? If you already have the Homebrew Channel installed, you can run Gecko OS through that. What kind of SD Card do you have? What are you trying to do by going to the Album? I'm not sure I understand.
