I've taken apart a wii to fix it... but forcefully... so it's not the best method... all I cared about was getting it open... (there was no warrenty on it)
you need a screwdriver for a 3 slotted screw (the right pair of scissors and a good amount of strength works) as well as a jewelers screwdriver (phillips)
I spose I'll have to hex a model... shouldn't be too hard... shadow models are low poly, so there's very little to have to worry about... would you like to join me in discovering??
I've tried that... that adds bones to the end... I need bones added to the beginning...
btw... WA messed up XD he said the extrabones didn't exist on the model... ...yes they did... they're just scaled down to 0... if you scale them to 1, you will see them you can do this in the previewer or the editor
I have a model hack I'm dealing with, and well... long story short... I had to rename the FIRST bone to TransN... now I need to add a bone before TransN, and name it TopN anyone got anything helpful??
don't even mention to name the first bone to TopN and the second bone to TransN... that doesn't work as the model doesn't scale or animate correctly
you'll have to go through editing the UV's then... it is possible to do... just split the verts where the leg bad or whatever is... and move that to an unused part on the image... you can scale it down if you need to...
I don't know how to go about exporting UV... basically though... UV's are verts... only thet're XY instead of XYZ...
